If you are someone who likes to explore High On Life 2 instead of just progressing through the main story, you'll encounter tons of side content, easter eggs, and puzzles. Some of them are fairly easy to solve, but there are also puzzles like the one near the nightclub in Pinkline Harbor that can be a bit difficult.
Solving this puzzle will reward you with a ton of luglox along with entry to a nightclub that will allow you to clear the area of the infestation. You'll also be able to get lots of collectibles along the way.
How to find and enter a nightclub
The nightclub can be found in the Pinkline Harbor area once you trigger the Larry Pinkstock bounty and is relatively easy to find as you can see the icon for “Liquid Nights” in the southern part of the map. However, you won't be able to enter this club for a while because you have to get Bowie in the James Stevenson reward first.
Once you have a bow, you can use its ability a shoot the pink eye over him above the nightclub entrance. This will open the door to the club and you can enter to remove the infestation. During this infestation you will need to go around the club and find a bunch of Luglox.
You can find them randomly couches, counters and even upstairs washrooms. Once you have all the Lugloxes, the infestation marker on your map will have a green checkmark.

How to solve the nightclub puzzle
Except for the pink eye that opens the entrance to the nightclub, you can find another one on the right as you enter the area. Shooting this eye the same way with the Bowie will unlock the door behind the wall it's on. Enter this door and you'll find the first Luglox on the left in this area.
You can continue after taking Luglox slowing down the fan using Swizzy's ability on it. Go through the tunnel and you'll need to use Swizzy's ability one more time, then you can find another Luglox in the next room.
Next you have to bring Bowie out and use his ability on pistons exit and return near the barrier on the right. You will be able to shoot pistons through his ability when they are out. Once you shoot them both, the barrier will disappear and you will be able to enter.
Move into the next room and you can do the same to the three pistons in the corner. You will have to place the barrier where you can see all three pistons hit them.
This will free the Lugblob nearby. First, use this blob near the second barrier in this room to get high up. Here, you can fire a few more pistons to release the Luglox below. You can also go through the tunnel nearby to get another Luglox here. Then take the Lugblob to the entrance to this room and use it to jump up the hole, allowing you to release the second blob.
Use both orbs on their pedestals nearby, which will allow you to enter the final room, get another Luglox, and go back down to the nightclub area.
