The Heartopia The Winter Frost Event is in full swing, and it's a great time to try out some new snow-themed activities, make friends at concerts, cook up some cool culinary treats, or update your winter wardrobe. With new quests and quests comes event-themed “Fashionwave” items to reward yourself with, but they aren't always easy to buy.
The event repository changes daily. However, there are other ways Heartopia gives you a chance to secure your favorite frosty item. With a little help from friends, you don't have to worry about being late to the party. Here's how the DG member purchase option works.
Where to buy Fashionwave merchandise
It is not always necessary to find the desired item. If object, furniture, or clothing is in stock via Azure in the Onsen Mountain Winter Event Area, and if you have enough tokens, you can talk to her and complete the transaction as with any trader in the game. Azure is located between the Winter Utopia bus stop and the igloo.
There is also an option to refresh the shop to show the new items, but it costs 2500 gold.

How to ask DG members for help
Sometimes you will miss an item in the Fashionwave store. Maybe you don't have enough Fashionwave Tokens, or you forgot to check that day, or maybe you just don't think you want them until it's too late. You can always wait for it to come back around again in the store, but there is no guarantee that it will happen, or if it will happen at all.
If this happens to you, all is not lost. In fact, you can see who else in the game has an item you'd like, and you can ask them to help you purchase it for yourself. When you are in the Fashionwave store, select the DG Member Friend Purchase tab, then select the item you are looking for on the right.
Once you find the item, you will see on at the bottom of the page players who currently own the item. Select the person you are asking for help from, and add them as a friend or just follow them on the map. Once they accept them and/or you find them, you can ask them for help. When you approach them, you will see two or three icons. Select the icon on the right (or in the middle if you are friends) to open the options to sell or buy Fashionwave.
To request items, select the cart icon on the right and select the items you want. If the person agrees to help you, the action consumes 30 energy from them, so offering them some food before or after will often help seal the deal. Since you can ask other DG members for help, they can also ask you for help.
When you ask for help buying a Fashionwave item, you are not buying an actual DG member product, just as they are not buying yours. You are simply helping them by having the item in your possession and expending energy to help them purchase their own.
