There are various abandoned bases around StarRupture map, many of which contain resources and blueprints necessary for your progress. You'll most likely come across these bases during your regular exploration, but if you're trying to track down a specific plan, you'll want to know where to go.
Most of the abandoned bases are nearby, but one in particular is difficult to get to and dangerous to search from the rip wave. So here is a complete breakdown of every abandoned base you can find.

Selenian Mining Base 'Purple Haze'
Abandoned bases are easiest to get to which are closest to your first base near the ship you arrived on. The first of these is the “Purple Haze” base in the southwest. Here you will find Blueprint tubes and Rotor plan.
Enter the tallest building there by jumping to the top floor from the large rock behind it. The blueprints are in the chest over there.
Griffiths Research Outpost 'Lemon Souls'
North of your first base is an abandoned base with several Griffiths Research buildings. Head to the southern area of this location where the two buildings are connected. Get to the top floor of one of these buildings to find a blueprint chest containing a Stator Blueprint.
Claywood Research Center 'Grey Owl'
This base is located northeast of your starting base location. It is shrouded in a blue mist that shatters your shield and leaves you vulnerable to attack. Climb to the top of the tower to find a chest with Stabilizer plan near the railing.
Griffiths Research Outpost 'Mythic Cry'
Get to the west side of this base and use the roof to get inside the locked building. Chest sa Synthetic silicone blueprint is inside.
Selenian Research Outpost 'Starry Night'
In the north of the map is a small abandoned base hidden in a canyon to the west of the large shipwreck in the middle of the map. Inside one of the buildings, on the bottom floor, is a chest containing Electronic plan.
Clever Robotics Research Outpost “Spored Rock”
Farthest east from your starting location, beyond the sulfur field and into the other areas with blue spores that damage your shield, is the Spored Rock site. A chest here, containing Chemical planis located by the railing at the top of the tower building.
Clever Robotics and FHS Research Base “Redleaf”
This is the most difficult base to explore that you have to find four key cards: one to open the door and three to access the locked area where the blueprint chest is located.
The first key card there is a red keycard to find that will allow you to access any external locked door. This key card is in one of the two dilapidated buildings in the middle of this base. Go inside and jump up one floor to find a key card next to a dead body.
The the second key card it's north of the base in the building with the red trim. Unlock the door and find the keycard inside.
The third key card it is in one of two buildings connected by a walkway to the south of the campus. The key card is on top of the table.
From the center of the base, take the broken path to the west of the area. Unlock the building on the opposite side and the key card is on the table inside.
Go back to the building where you found the first key card and get to the very top floor. There is a terminal on the wall with space for three cards. Use it to get inside to find your chest containing four blueprints: Electromagnetic Coil, Hardener, Valve, and Turbine.
