The people of Speranza have been working to rebuild what they can to help humanity despite the loss of information, and it seems that another piece of the puzzle can be found hidden in Stella Montis' vaults.
Where to find the correct access station and seed box key
Last Entry is another quest from Shani and is unlocked by completing the previous task in chain, Secret meetings. This one too takes place in Stella Montisand the first place you'll need to go is ventilation shaft outside the Seed Vault.

How to find a seed box
For the third objective you will have to get to the seed vault alone, a the door is always locked. You will have to find and carry the fuel cell back to the door and place it in the machine next to the door.
Fuel cells don't always spawn in the corridors near the Seed Vault. If you don't find one there, take the corridor leading to the Atrium and look for one instead. A lot of them spawn because there are several locked doors in the area.
Once inside, clear the room of ticks and turrets if no one else has been inside since then a few of each appear in three roomsthen go to the back of the main room.
