Many gestrals in Verso's Drafts tend to be huddled in several places. This trio of pretend pirates can be found south of the diving board minigameand also pretty close to the swing minigame. This trio, two small gestrals and one larger one, can be found huddled in the water near land.
Talk to them to find out that they are currently engaged in what they call a treasure hunt, although it's actually more of a rescue mission. Searching for a missing pirate ship
After talking to the gestrals, although they obviously didn't know where the pirate ship was, they'll give you some pretty crucial information, that after being taken by the waves, it fell down a waterfall.
And just south of there is another waterfall. So follow it and jump down right in front of him. There will be another shallow pool of water in front of you and no pirate ship in sight. Unless, of course, you weren't supposed to turn around.
If you look over that waterfall, you might see some objects behind it. Really, every game needs a secret waterfall caveand Clair Obscur got his own in Verso's Drafts. The actual pirate ship is quite large, making it almost impossible to miss once you enter this cave.
