In the post-apocalypse Fallout 76Toilet paper won't always be an absolute necessity, but it's junk that can be scrapped into a cloth. If you find yourself in desperate need of a cloth for one project or another, you may suddenly find yourself on the toilet paper trail like no other.
Where to find toilet paper
Toilet paper can be found in more or less any residential area in Fallout 76. This includes any kind of building that has a bathroom; there will often be toilet paper in or around the toilet.
Places like this are spread out pretty evenly across Appalachia, but this is especially true in the middle area of the map, from north to south.
That said, there are a few areas that will have a slightly higher density of toilet paper than most these will be your best bets for finding toilet paper quickly.

You could fast travel to each of these locations on the map if you wanted to, but if you're traveling on foot, you can collect a lot more toilet paper by searching the bathrooms in the smaller areas along the way.
