When a survivor passes a checkpoint Quarantine Zone: Final Checkplayers will have to analyze their condition to see if they are in good condition to be evacuated and remain in the camp until evacuation. However, this is not always the case, and many times decisions must be made about what to do with survivors who are in poor or questionable condition.
How to deal with a survivor in the quarantine zone Last check
Players will soon encounter a special survivor in the Quarantine Zone: Final Check campaign – here's how to handle them.
This guide tells players what they need to know about each distribution zone in Quarantine Zone: Final checkpoint so they can easily decide where to send each survivor based on their symptoms.

Where should you send every survivor in Quarantine Zone: The Last Checkpoint?
There are four distribution zones Quarantine Zone: Final checkpointand each one is suitable for a certain type of survivor.
Survivor Block
Players will need to check the symptoms of each survivor using all the tools at their disposal, as sometimes symptoms can be hidden beneath the surface. If they have no symptoms, they should go ahead and send them to the Survivor Block.
Conditions in the apocalypse are harsh, and survivors will naturally show signs of illness that are not directly related to infection. These symptoms will be highlighted in green in the symptom chart and will be associated with illness rather than infection. In that case, players can also safely block them.
Survivor Block is one of the most important areas in Quarantine zonebecause this is where the players will be waiting for the evacuation to begin. Players will want to bring in as many healthy survivors as possible to meet their quota and provide plenty of manpower for the military and science vehicle, giving them useful rewards like money, research points, and syringe analyzers.
Initially, the Survivor Block will be able to hold a maximum of 12 survivors, but players can increase its capacity by upgrading it. It can hold up to 25 people, but players will need to reach level V and have to save up over $16,000.
Disposal
While sick survivors and those showing no symptoms are sent to Survivor Block to safely await evacuation, infected survivors are sent to Disposal to be eliminated.
When players examine a survivor and see that they have symptoms in the red area, they are considered infected and must be terminated immediately. Then players must send them to the Liquidation Block.

If they are sent to the Survivor Block, they can infect and kill others, or they can be sent to the Major on the day of the evacuation, jeopardizing the mission and endangering the player's job and life. If quarantined, they will eventually turn and kill the other survivors being monitored, giving them no chance to be re-examined and possibly live.
In some cases, players will need to send seemingly healthy survivors to Liquidation because the Major may want them. Players should check the message board daily for missions, and if a survivor is asked to quit, they must be sent to Disposal, even if they are not infected.
Quarantine
Quarantine is where players can temporarily isolate survivors before actually deciding their fate. At the checkpoint, players will encounter many survivors who have symptoms that could indicate they are infected or simply sick – these symptoms are highlighted in orange. However, if they show no telltale signs of infection, they won't want to dispose of them if it's just a treatable disease.
If they develop more severe symptoms or actually turn, the risk of infecting or killing other survivors isn't as high, and they can be suppressed more easily since they're stuck in a small room with fewer or no survivors. It's better to be safe than sorry, so if the tools players have on hand can't give them a full diagnosis, they should quarantine them for a day or two..
When players wake up the next day, they can return to the Quarantine Zone and re-examine the survivors to see if their symptoms have disappeared or turned into something more serious. If they do, they can send them to the Survivor Block or Disposal. When the worst comes to worst, meaning a survivor turns into a zombie, players must pull the Clear lever and burn the infected and any deceased if they were there with other survivors. Alternatively, they can also be sent to the cage for testing before the room is decontaminated.
Initially, the Quarantine will only be able to house a maximum of three survivors, so it can fill up fairly quickly. Fortunately, players can upgrade it in Build Mode and it will be able to hold up to seven survivors. To fully upgrade the quarantine building, players will need $13,500 and will need to reach Zone V level.. However, they must be careful, as a high capacity quarantine area also means that more survivors will die if an infected survivor turns overnight.
There is a case of survivors with muscle problems. While an aggressive reaction to being hit with a reflex hammer can be a sign of illness or infection, some players have other illnesses that prevent them from controlling their reflexes.
When players notice that a survivor has a limp jaw and reflexes, they should look for other signs of infection. But if their only problem is their reflex, they should be sent to the Survivor Block because they only have a muscle reflex problem.
Laboratory
The lab will only be available after the first evacuation, as players must first familiarize themselves with the other distribution facilities. This is a more complex building, but it is very important because it allows players to find new symptoms and better understand the virus.
When investigating a survivor with an unknown symptom, players should send it to the Lab regardless of whether it is apparently healthy, sick, or infected. A guard comes to pick up the survivors and escort them to the lab. Here, players must use the computer to extract the target organ, place it in the sampler, and then analyze it for symptoms. The procedure kills survivors, but allows players to discover a new symptom that allows them to better examine survivors and determine their condition.
Additionally, players can send quarantined survivors to the Lab's cage. They have to feed them a corpse daily and then on evacuation day they will be automatically loaded onto a truck and players will be rewarded $2,000 for keeping them alive.
The first Laboratory upgrade costs $40,000 and is where players unlock the Zombie Cage. Then, once they reach III. zone level, they can pay $10,000 to get an automatic feeder to keep zombies alive.
