Again, it's worth remembering that Jura can't die because, like other Tailed Beasts, it will regenerate and respawn every time.
There is a reason why Hagoromo chose to become the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tails instead of simply killing him. Someone has to take that burden and Naruto would be perfect. It would be the perfect conclusion to all the character storylines and give Naruto his next strongest transformation with Jura.
