Age of Mythology: Retold and Star Trucker the month started well Frostpunk 2 just brought another high quality strategic experience and Ara: The Untold History Only a few days left for PC Game Pass subscribers. However, it is unclear whether Xbox Game Pass can maintain this momentum in October.
Xbox Game Pass only has one game confirmed for October 2024. While that one game is an absolute juggernaut Call of Duty: Black Ops 6even the biggest games can't support a full month of Xbox Game Pass alone. Game Pass needs a few more titles this October, especially since PlayStation has several console exclusives lined up this coming month.

Neva takes Gris” breathtaking watercolor art style and paints it over another emotional story, this time revolving around a woman and her deep, lifelong bond with a magical wolf. Neva It looks to be one of India's most exciting October releases, and could find an even stronger audience on day one with Game Pass.

Being just a few short weeks until October also means that Spooky Season is only a few weeks away and Xbox Game Pass could use some horror titles in its lineup. A Quiet Place: The Way Forward is set to release on October 17th and delivers a first-person horror experience based on the titular Hollywood film franchise. IN The way forwardplayers must slowly make their way through the various environments, being careful not to make any noise, as the moment they do, they will be overwhelmed by Death Angels.

[REDACTED] boasts a vivid novel-like graphic art style, a 180bpm “arcade-punk” soundtrack, and plenty of lineup variety. For those who have had their fill Hades 2's early access period, but still want to scratch that fast-paced roguelike itch, [REDACTED] could be the next best thing and it would be awesome to see it on Xbox Game Pass this October.

One of the biggest releases of October 2024 is Bloober Team's Silent Hill 2 remake. Unfortunately, Silent Hill 2 remake isn't coming to PC and PlayStation 5 until after launch, meaning Xbox players are missing out on what could be the best horror game this Halloween. To try to soften that blow, Xbox Game Pass could add Silent Hill: HD Collection this October, which would give Xbox users a chance to play Silent Hill 2 and 3. Of course, Silent Hill: HD Collection is far from the best way to play these games due to its divisive voice acting and graphics, but it's the only option Silent Hill fans on xbox.
