In the 17 months since then, the streamable lineup has expanded about a dozen times and today includes thousands of games.

New games streamable via Xbox Cloud Gaming

Xbox Cloud Gaming is available as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential tiers in select regions.

Xbox Cloud Gaming now supports over 2,800 titles

After the April 2026 update, the Xbox Cloud Gaming streamable game catalog has 2,816 titles. That's in addition to several hundred first-party Xbox games that subscribers can stream even if they don't own them. Since Microsoft launched the ability to stream owned games, it has added an average of 162 such titles per month, expanding the library every few weeks. However, the current library represents only 17.5% of the total game catalog for the Xbox Store, according to publicly available statements reviewed by GameRant on April 5, 2026. At the current rate, Microsoft would need another six years and 10 months to add support for the titles still missing, aside from the thousands of games likely to be released during that period.
