Pokemon Home will begin allowing players to transfer their Pokemon Pokemon Legends: ZA starting April 1st. The update will arrive almost six months after that Pokemon Legends: ZALaunching for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
Nintendo announced this earlier Pokemon Legends: ZA would get Pokemon Home support this year and is now making good on the promise. Fans of the game have been eagerly awaiting this opportunity as it will allow them to transfer their Pokémon from Pokemon Legends: ZA and transfer them to others Pokemon games.

A new update has been announced for Pokemon Home that will add compatibility with Pokemon Legends: ZA. The update will arrive on April 1st at 5:00 PM PT/8:00 PM ET, bringing Pokemon Home to version 4.0. The service will be undergoing maintenance at the moment, so players may want to wrap up all transfers before then or expect a bit of a wait. If the player switch does not automatically update after deploying the update, they can simply go to the app icon and select the (+) or (-) button on the controller. If the version listed is not 4.0, players can simply click Software Update, then Via Internet and the update will be downloaded and installed. While fans have been waiting for this day, there have been a few caveats on how Pokemon Home will work Pokemon Legends: ZA.

For starters, every Pokemon that has been transferred to Pokemon Home Pokemon Legends: ZA cannot be carried over to older games in the series, even if they are natively available in them. In the same vein, if a Pokemon is sent to Pokemon Home from an older game and then brought back Pokemon Legends: ZAafter that it will no longer be possible to transfer back to older games. Finally, only Pokémon that are available in Pokemon Legends: ZA can be transferred to the game. A full list of all compatible Pokemon will be provided when the update launches.
While there are some aspects of Pokemon Home and transferring Pokemon from game to game that players want to see improved or changed, overall the service is very much appreciated by fans. The ability to transfer Pokemon to Pokemon Home ensures that even if the original game data is corrupted or lost, any transferred Pokemon will be safe in the cloud. Considering how much Pokemon In the games that have been here, the ability to seamlessly transfer Pokemon from game to game is a big plus. This service will also be extended to Pokemon Champions.
