8 Marines with the highest potential, ranked

Marines are some of the strongest individuals in the One pieceas expected from the primary force used by the world government to limit the power of pirates across the seas. As the military face of world government, the Marines have always required powerful individuals in their ranks. These include individuals at the peak of their powers, strong enough to take on and stop powerful pirates such as admirals.

At the same time, there are individuals who are not yet at the top, but are brimming with potential and carry a bright future. These individuals need some time to bring out their best and reach sky-high levels.

Helmeppo

• Current rank: SWORD First Lieutenant

Helmeppo may not be the strongest individual in the Navy, but he's certainly a student Garp is proud of. Helmeppo has a decent amount of power up his sleeve. Right now, he holds the rank of Marine Corps Commander, which, while not very high, will propel him to even higher positions. Compared to the other Marines in One Piece, fans can be sure that he will not reach the highest levels. Still, he knows about Haki and is strong enough to fight some of the Blackbeard Pirates' henchmen as seen in Egghead. In time, Helmeppo will fully reveal its potential.

Hibari

• Current Rank: Swordmaster

Hibari is a member of SWORD who proves to be fearless and her mission to save Koby shows that she has a very brave heart. She is also quite powerful and fans have seen her use some of Vegapunk's machines in battle. She is bursting with potential as Garp has identified her as one of the individuals who will light up the world and scare pirates in the future.

Hibari has a long way to go and is definitely far from his peak. However, it can be said that she has quite a lot of potential, and at the very least, she can become a very powerful Vice Admiral.

Prince Grus

• Current rank: SWORD Rear Admiral

Prince Grus is one of the most experienced individuals in the navy. He is a rear admiral of the Marine Corps and definitely a force to be reckoned with. He has the power of Gunyo Gunyo no Mi, a Paramecia-type ability that allows him to produce a clay-like substance and manipulate it at will.

In the Egghead Arc, Grus showed why he's as dangerous as he is. Since he's already a rear admiral, it won't be long before he becomes a vice admiral and could potentially even become a navy admiral in the future, especially since Garp seems to have a lot of faith in him.

Kujak

• Current rank: SWORD Rear Admiral

Kujaku is the granddaughter of Tsuru, and that alone gives her quite a lot of potential, making her one of the coolest naval officers of the new generation. She is also a rear admiral, just like Prince Grus, and fans know her as holding the power of Muchi Mucho no Mi. Using this ability, he can turn his sword into a whip and use it to bend people and even inanimate objects to his will.

Her ability is extremely exciting and fans will definitely see more of her in the future. With her bloodline and her abilities, fans know for sure that she will carve out a great future for herself and rise through the ranks, potentially even becoming the first female admiral.

Vice Admiral doll

• Current rank: Vice Admiral

Vice Admiral Doll is quite a powerful individual and fans recently saw a display of strength in the Egghead Arc. He has great control over Armament Haki and Observation Haki, which is expected since he is a Vice Admiral and everyone has this skill. She can also use the Six Powers as recently seen in Egghead when she was fighting giants.

The doll was able to defeat Kashi with a flurry of powerful punches, and it was obvious that she used an ability very similar to Ryuo's when performing this feat. She is not that old and that is a clear proof that she could become an admiral in the future.

Tashigi

• Current rank: sea captain

Although Tashigi was stunning on many occasions One piecefans know he has big ambitions. If he is to achieve his dream, he must become stronger. Right now, Tashigi holds the rank of sea captain, which means there are many individuals who rank higher than her in terms of authority.

Still, Tashigi is quite strong. He can already use two types of Haki and also uses the Six Powers to some extent. She's probably gotten even stronger since Punk Hazard. In the future, fans can hope that she becomes a Navy admiral by fulfilling her potential.

Smoker

• Current rank: Naval Vice Admiral

Among the Marines, the individual who will likely be at the very top at the end of the story is none other than Smoker. Fans know him right now as Vice Admiral and he is also one of the shining stars in this organization. He has the power of Logia-type Moku Moku no Mi and can use this ability to create, control, and turn into smoke at will.

Smoker also has a strong Haki and there is no doubt in the future that he will either become an admiral or a marine fleet admiral.

In terms of potential, fans know that Koby could have the most in the Navy. In the Egghead Arc, his training with Garp, who lasted through the timeskip, finally showed his colors, allowing him to destroy an arm the size of an island with a single punch. Koby has tremendous control over Haki and is also a great user of the Six Powers. His goal is to become an admiral one day and he will definitely reach this position because that is his biggest dream. He also intends to take on the strongest pirates on the seas right now and most of all he wants to stop Luffy in his tracks to become the pirate king. It won't be easy for him to achieve, but Eiichiro Oda has certainly set him up to achieve it in Final Saga, and it's something fans are eagerly waiting for.
