Why could Dracule Mihawk be a heavenly dragon, explained

Dracule Mihawk, the largest swordsman in the world, is quite an important figure in the final saga. Since the goal is for Zoro to overcome, Mihawk is a very special character that has the power of the highest order. While Mihawk is obviously strong, his life still remains a mystery to this day.

There is little known about how Mihawk has become the largest fencing in the world, and even less is known about his life, his connection with different people from his past, why not believe people and his resentment against the Navy in the past. For blluen, fans know he came from the northern blue, so he couldn't be a heavenly dragon. However, the government somehow found clearly, given that it became a member of CP9. It is clear for Doclaing that he is a former heavenly dragon, so for him to carry this brand, he is not strange again. Similarly, Mihawk also carries this mark, which means that he is also associated with the government.

Now that does not necessarily mean that Mihawk was a naturally born heavenly dragon. Mihawk can bear the blood of heavenly dragons like Bonney, and therefore he was given special attention.
