Prison will reappear

Directly from the comics, the prison is supervillain known as a raft. However, this is not the first time that it was listed on MCU, the first is in Captain America: Civil War. Falcon, Ant-Man, and the rest of those who opposed the Socovia agreements, are locked by anyone other than Thunderbolt Ross at the end of the film.
The raft will appear at the end of this film, but it is the opposite. Sam Wilson locks Ross in prison using Samuel Stern to help him win the election. A nice little way to get back when he just tried to do is the right thing.

Demolition Man
The comic book character is indicated

The new character introduced in the film is Dennis Dunphy, a soldier who hits a friendship with Sam Wilson. Fans may not have caught it, but that's a comic book and he's a man Avenger Demolition Man.
