Fishman Island
Stupid gaffes and a faint villain can get in the way of excellent writing Fishman Island
Fishman Island has problems, it cannot be denied, but these problems very often can prevent the perception of the arch as a whole and more specifically inspiring the message in the core of writing. Certainly, Sanji's constant bleeding of the nose and the Jones feast as a villain are two main weak points, but this is also an arc that finally dug into a frosty relationship between people and fishermen, which was first built in Arlong Park.
When we see Fisher Tiger and Othime stories, it creates some of the most emotional scenes throughout the series, resulting in an arc that contains a huge amount of building the world. Some may not evaluate it highly because of several glaring problems that Fishman Island has, but excellent writing characters are still a great and rather underestimated arch of the story.

Amazon Lily
Amazon Lily deserves more recognition for how she managed to humanize a member of Shichibai
Amazon Lily is an arc that comes before Impel Down and Marineford; Two of the most popular parts of the whole story among most fans. As a result, in Luffy's mission, there is often little more than just a springboard that saved ACE, and although it is not technically bad, this is also the first time Luffy does not form with Shichibukai.

Best friendship in one piece, inclusion
In the middle of all the adventures, treasure hunting and piracy in one piece, an incredibly deep friendship has formed throughout the series.
Seeing Hancock's tragic story about selling into slavery helps to remind viewers that these dangerous pirates are still people at the end of the day; Something that is easy to forget when you look at monsters like Crocodile and Doflamingo. Amazon Lily also expands on the world building through the presentation of the kingdom, which is occupied only by women, along with the unique culture of Amazon Lily, which is presided over by Hancock.

Loguetown Arc
Smoker and dragon first debut in the hometown of Gol D. Roger
One piece is an incredibly long series and as a result it can be easy to forget many earlier arches, especially because they were all very short until Alabast saga. Loguetown is one of the examples of an early arch that is often overlooked, although it is located in the native city of the Pirate King himself, Gol D. Roger.
This is where fans would first meet two fundamentally important characters of the story, smoker and dragon, along with the fact that Sea Stone will be referred to the smoker for the first time. This arch also includes a very symbolic moment when Luffy puts his head in the platform, where Gol D. Roger was killed all those years ago, only for the lightning that miraculously saved him when Buggy went for killing. Overall, ODA wrapped in this largely underestimated arc of the story of a ton of interesting characters and films.

Reverse mountain
The reverse mountain sets several key characters with fascinating past lives
Crocus, a man who lives in a lighthouse on the island of Reverse Island, initially appears to be just a little more than the grumpy old Geezer, who has nothing more than sitting and watching a giant whale known as Laboon. In fact, Crocus was a member of no one but Gol D. Roger, and although he didn't have much time to tell any fascinating stories about his past life, even when he could talk to him, he was a huge moment for the straw hats.
Then there is a Laboon, a huge whale that was scarred from an attempt to break through the mountain after being abandoned by his crew. The emotional story of LaBoon, paired with a surprise to reveal Crocus, is from this arc, which is much more relevant than some can realize, and one who is constantly called back.
4
Drum Island
The Drum Island includes fresh and unique aesthetic, next to one of the saddest stories of the series
Back in a small garden, the island of straw Klobouky arrives in front of the island of Drum, the crew realizes that their new goal would be to sail towards Alabast to prevent harmful crocodiles from taking over the Kingdom of Vivi. On the way, however, Nami suddenly becomes ill and causes to stop on the island of a small drum. Since this arch is basically a much loved saga Alabasta, it is difficult for this part of the story to excel, although so great quality.

One piece: the most honest pirates, inclusion
Pirates who do nothing! Anything too dangerous to pirate standards is.
While Wapol does not have to be the most interesting villain outside, Drum Island itself is a beautiful national environment that excels from anything else that is seen in the series. Of course, it is impossible to talk about the island of Drum Island and not to mention Chopper's story, which is one of the most emotional in the whole series, which certainly says something.
3
Jaya
Blackbeard debuts in a seemingly random but quite important arc of the story
Given that Blackbeard is set to essentially the main antagonist of the series, it would be easy to assume that the violent captain will be presented in some massive story arc to become his sign in the series. Instead, ODA decided to drop into a relatively short arch Jaya, and not only presented as a quite harmless pirate, but even gives one of the best manifestations in the story where he talks about how he can never die.
Jaya is also the place where Luffy has shown his newly discovered power by pulling arrogant bellamy with a single blow; Something that would later happen relevant in the Dressrose line. Jaya may not be as long, but since the fertile blackbeard becomes as a character, it deserves more recognition for giving him an unforgettable introduction.
2
Zou
A short but extremely important arch full of tradition that can easily go under the radar
Most One piece The arcs usually last almost 100 episodes and chapters, but since there is no quarter of this length, it has become a somewhat forgotten arch over the years. Also, it does not help that the arch is charged between the whole cake and the dressrosa, which are two massive parts of the story that initially feel much more important than Za.
But the truth is, although it is so short, it contains a sincerely stunning amount of tradition. Unveiling Jack The Sucha, brand new Puseglyph and Mink Tribe are just a few things that come out of this arch, next to the newly created pirate, Mink and samurai. This is also a place where Sanji's tragic story would begin to develop, which is explored in the following story by an even greater depth. While Zou may initially seem like a small stop of the pit, it is more than worthy to be classified as one of the giants with regard to what it offers fans.
1
Skypiea
Missing straw hats to overthrow Enel is full of juicy and intense struggles
When he first gets into the series One piece“It is not unusual to hear some fans say that Skypiea is an arc worth skipping for anyone who wants to catch up quickly. Over time, this sentiment has brought this arc to the reputation that it is somewhat unimportant. When he meets the enemy who uses Haki, although it is not called it at that time.
Skypiea also contains some incredible character moments for straw hats, such as Sanji, who laid his life by taking Thor Blast from Enel, as evidenced by his unwavering loyalty to maintain a protected and safe crew. Even Robin would be involved in the struggle in this arch, with her only significant battle one on one for a very long time until she stands against Black Maria in Wano against Black Maria. Initially, this might seem unimportant, but anyone who took the time to appreciate Skypiea will know how much hidden gem that it really is.
