Nintendo is undoubtedly the most popular of the big three game companies. Many of us fell in love with video games because of their titles such as Mario and Zelda, and it can be said for sure that this industry will not be where it is not if it was not for Nintendo. But they are not the games that had an impact, they are people behind the games.

It's always nice to remember.
Like Shiger Miyamoto, Eiji Aonuma and Yoshio Sakamoto, they shaped society into the one we know and love, and also had a deep impact on industry as a whole. The sad fact, however, is that these legends are likely to move in the next few years, so the Nintendo Switch 2 generations of their last.
Legendary developers Nintendo are likely to go to Era Switch 2
In a somewhat heartbreaking conversation on Kit & Krysta, Kit Ellis and Yang Krysta, who were both former Nintendo Minute hosts, they talked about how the Golden Generation of Nintendo would soon leave (thanks, Gamesradar). Since the Switch 2 generation probably lasts about seven to eight years, recognizable names and faces are likely to pass on the reins when switching 3 comes.
“Several main developers in Nintendo, which we knew 40 years, probably performs from society through retirement over this generation, provided it takes seven eight years,” Ellis said.
Shiger Miyamoto, the creator of Mario and Zelda, and undoubtedly the face of Nintendo, is currently 72 years old. “Obviously, he has the reasons to stick to, and they need it, and apparently wants to work, but he'll be 80 in eight years … He gets up there.”
Other big names that are close to retirement are Metroid's Yoshio Sakamoto, who is 65 years old, Takashi Thesis, who is Miyamot's representative, is 64, the composer Koji Kondo is 63 and Eiji Aonuma.
Although it is inevitable, this transitional phase will be large for Nintendo. Hopefully, the company has plans to move these legends, but it will be bittersweet for the whole industry when they finally decide to hang their drivers.
