The rumors that Bethesda can work on Remake Oblivion have been circulating for two years, although Bethesda and Xbox have never mentioned it. Despite any official word, the consecrations are now convinced that the theoretical remake will not only be revealed next week, but Shadowdropped, so we can all start playing right away.

Date 3rd April came from escape detectives of seeds that have apologized since then and claimed that the remake will drop during the week 21. After the date was originally wrong, some might be skeptical about the latest demands of detective seeds. However, these claims have now been supported by the giant Bomb's Jeff Grubb.
It seems very likely that Remake Oblivion will be revealed and released next week

Grubb mentioned Remake Oblivion earlier, until now he held a vague window for release in April. This was until Monday's messages, during which he narrowed this window down to match the detective seeds. Grubb also confirmed that he was told that Remake Oblivion would be at some point next week.
Week 21 April, so basically, the last week of this month, next week basically. [Oblivion] If Shadow fallen then, which I think other people said, but I got a separate confirmation that this would be the case.
For a project of this size, it might seem a little strange to be Shadowdropped without any assembly, but it's not uncommon for Xbox. Grubb compared the situation with Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, which was released as soon as it was revealed at the beginning of this year. Xbox also did the same as Hi-Fi Rush in 2023.
It has been more than 13 years since Skyrim was released, and I would not recommend too hard to think about how far the older scrolls 6 are still. Bethesda must give the fans of the series something to postpone them while working on the next game. The remake can be the best way to go, and Oblivion is the most logical place to start. This means that we could live in a world where Remake Skyrim is the possibility. This could sound wild, but much newer games have already been treated with remake.
