The best weekly bosses in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact is known for its unique and engaging activity weekly boss fights which is directly related to tradition. While these enemies play an important role in the game's story, they have also become familiar when it comes to the climax of the game. Genshin Impact's combat system. These weekly boss fights are released sporadically, making their arrival a big feature in every update.

Featuring unique and captivating abilities, majestic arenas and gorgeous soundtracks, these incredibly powerful enemies really sell their status as enemies you won't mess with. Starting today, ten weekly boss battles are available to players, each offering an exciting experience.

10 Stormterror Dvalin

Former King of Heaven

Stormterror Dvalin

Stormterror Dvalin has the unfortunate honor of coming last on this list. The very first weekly boss introduced in the game alongside Andrius, the Dvalin boss fight hasn't aged too well over the years. Combat is simply too easy these days thanks to the plethora of characters available to easily take care of Dvalin.

Even casual players with a relatively decent team should have no problem defeating Dvalin. While it's a visually great boss fight, the ridiculous difficulty and lack of skill expression make it the least interesting weekly boss in the game.

9 Andrew

Dominator of the Wolves

Andrew

As mentioned above in the list, Andrew is, along with Dvalin, the oldest weekly boss in the game that was released in version 1.0. Much like the Dvalins, Andrius' troubles have plummeted over the years. Dominator of Wolves is nothing more than a DPS check these days, easily beaten by a half-decent team.

The arena, the soundtrack, and the character of Andrius make this a great standout. However, he is very easy to defeat and the boss fight shouldn't take more than two minutes for most players.

8 Child

The eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers

Child

Child was easily the hardest boss fight when his Trounce Domain came out in 1.1. It was so hard for players back then that HoYoverse adjusted the boss fight difficulty. Since then, the Child boss fight is one of the easiest fights in the entire game. Almost any team can defeat the eleventh Fatui Harbinger with little to no trouble.

One of the advantages of this fight is that it is a traditional 1v1 with very few moments where Childe is invulnerable. It's a classic and simple frenemies fight, but that's about the most it has to offer, as it pales in comparison to other weekly bosses of a similar nature.

7 Guardian of Apep's Oasis

Wrath of the Dendro Sovereign

Guardian of Apep's Oasis

Guardian of Apep's Oasis is one of the newest weekly bosses in the game, released in version 3.6 as part of the second chapter of Nahida's story quest. The arena where this fight takes place is beautiful, but the battle itself is more boring than enjoyable.

A good half of the fight is spent dealing with mobs threatening the revitalization of the Heart of Oasis. Once this is done, the second stage of the boss fight begins, which is also nothing special. This is one of the weaker designs when it comes to boss fights and doesn't bring anything new to the table.

6 Azhdah

Sealed Lord Vishaps

Azhdah

Azhdah is one of the most majestic boss fights Genshin Impact. The great soundtrack and the intimidating presence of Zhongli's ex-boyfriend make this a very entertaining battle. However, the main problem with this boss fight is the number of times Azhdaha can become invulnerable, forcing the player to wait.

Additionally, Azhdaha has a very limited moveset despite being able to utilize various elements. All of these factors make Azhdah the only sixth best weekly boss in the game, despite being one of the better bosses visually.

5 Eternal Lord of Mysterious Wisdom

Shouki No Kami, The Prodigal

Eternal Lord of Mysterious Wisdom

Eternal lord of arcane wisdommore commonly known as Scaramoucheis easily one of the biggest weekly bosses in the game. While the first phase of this boss fight is nothing to write home about, it's only in the second phase that the real deal starts to kick in.

Scaramouche is capable of unleashing powerful attacks, including a one-shot ability that players will need to respect. However, this boss fight has a unique feature where the Neo Akasha Terminal constantly damages Scaramouche.

Additionally, a lot of this boss fight is spent running to avoid attacks, with Neo Akasha's terminal doing most of the work when it comes to dealing damage. The Scaramouche boss fight is a spectacular spectacle, let down by its largely non-interactive nature.

4 La Signora

Rostam's beloved

La Signora

La Signora is a very well designed boss fight with two distinct stages. The first phase features the Sheer Cold mechanic, while the second phase sees La Signora become a crimson ember witch, complete with a fiery new moveset.

Both stages feature excellent music and move sets that are rewarding for the fights. Signora also has minimal invulnerability in both phases. This boss fight is one of the best designed battles in the game; a perfect example of simple but effective.

3 Omnivorous Narwhal

Surtalogi's pet

Omnivorous Narwhal

If the La Signora boss fight was easy, the showdown with Omnivorous Narwhal is something other than that. Fighting this monster of a constantly flying creature is a little annoying, but the sheer beauty of the animal and the arena makes up for it. While it doesn't have the best moveset by any means, there is a sense of grandeur when fighting a Narwhal.

The second phase is the main reason why this boss fight is so high on the list. Otherworldly dubstep music and the extremely captivating Shadow Warrior design inside the Narwhal make it an intense 1v1. When you combine both of these stages, third place on this list seems like a fair placement for the Omnivorous Narwhal.

2 Knave

Father of the House of Fire

Knave

Knave secures the second spot on this list because it is an extremely simple yet effective fight. No complicated mechanics to worry about; it is merely a test of strength set by the fourth Fatui Harbinger Arlecchino.

The first stage doesn't have any standout features, but it still has Arlecchino showing off some flashy moves. The second phase, when Arlecchin becomes the Cinderella of the Flames of Two Worlds, really increases the intensity of the boss fight. Arlecchino can deal ridiculous damage and wipe out characters in an instant if players aren't careful.

It's still a fair fight though, as proper dodging and finding windows to deal damage can eventually put her down. For these reasons, the latest weekly boss v Genshin Impact is also one of the best.

1 Magatsu Mitake Narukami No Mikoto

Raiden No Inazuma Tono

Magatsu Mitake Narukami No Mikoto

Magatsu Mitake Narukami No Mikoto, or the Raiden Shogun boss fight, is still the best weekly boss Genshin Impact, and has been on version 2.5 since its release. The unique combat environment, two phases and an abundance of moves make it a very engaging and fun battle. The rock soundtrack with Inazuma's leitmotif enhances the whole atmosphere of the fight even more.

Both stages of this boss fight have a wide range of moves that make them stand out from the crowd. This was the first weekly boss to feature a one-shot mechanic, and it's one of the most stunning visuals in the game.

Almost everything about Raiden Shogun's boss fight is done to perfection. It also manages to strike the perfect balance in terms of difficulty, making it a very approachable weekly boss that all players will enjoy.
