What will be Nintendo Direct in September?

We don't know! But we can speculate! Nintendo lips were firmly closed what actually appeared during this hourly presentation, but there are several games that are still waiting for the correct release date, for example Metroid Prime 4 and HYRULE WARRIORS: Age of imprisonmentt. I suspect that for these two we will get confirmed data and maybe two of the larger editions of third parties, ELDEN RING: OFLEASTED EDITION and Remake Final Fantasy 7.

In addition, I think we can expect a few remasters, ports and classic games coming to Switch online applications. There's also a chance to learn about the main entertainment of “things” related to Nintendo like the new film announcement (OA is already swirling OA rumors Super Mario Galaxy film). We will have to wait and see.
