In the earlier Minecraft lineups there was an error in the generation of the terrain, which caused the huge, dirty walls of stone to emerge on the edge of the world, in what fans call “far countries”. You are unlikely to find them sometimes by playing normally, because it would take years of journey in a straight line and exceeding millions of blocks. But it was a goal for Youtuber Kurtjmac.
For the past 14 years, Minecraft has passed blocked Minecraft in his distant country or bust series and hoped to reach the barrier on the edge of the game. Since this error was paid in newer versions of Minecraft, he played the earlier assembly to ensure that the generation of the terrain remains the same, allowing the country to continue to emerge.
Yesterday, after 12 million blocks and $ 500,000 on various charity organizations, he finally got to them.
Far land or modest beginnings
The series began in 2011, when the modest Kurtjmac, who spoke of incredibly fuzzy microphone, quietly announced that it was his “first video with Minecraft”, which named his playing one of the many “Minecraft Adventures” that emerged at that time. The opening in the nostalgic snowy Taiza and after noticing his first pine tree, the court began his 14 -year -old adventure, as we all do it: the punch blocks and the hollowing at the dirt for the night.
This first video was not a festive promise that marched across all Minecraft and reached the end of the world, but the fruit of a fan player who wanted to share his experience and build a community. “I've been playing Minecraft since September last year,” Kurt said. “This is my first video with a comment in the game, so there may be embarrassing pauses where I don't know what to say. Don't be with me, I'll hang it out!”
The updated description reflects: “It is also the first game comment he has ever noticed, so go easily [sic] about embarrassment. ”
In fact, the court even says, “I will have to make sure I am not too far away” while we are taking our first steps in what would happen to Far Lands or Bust. Until the 11th episodes, the court would accept this Hercules task that would earn a world record of Guinness on the longest journey in Minecraft.
However, the journey did not end just because the court found distant countries. He has poured over 14 years of his life into this world, so it is hardly surprising that he is not ready to let it go. On the series's website, he stressed that this “is not a final or goodbye” and that he does not have “intention to stop playing” because “there are many other linked landscapes and curiosity that he will explore around and behind a far country”.
