It's time to meet the only pirate who can defeat Ima

One piece fans were waiting to see a proper flash The powers of Imu since the big reveal of the fact that Imu exists was made by author Eiichiro Oda. As the main villain of the seriesIt was pretty obvious that Oda was going to expand it further in the series' Final Saga, and now, with the story deep into the Elbaf arc, that's exactly what's happening.

Shortly before Loki's flashback from the Elbaf arc began, fans saw a glimpse of Imu's powers as they absolutely destroyed the power of Elbaf themselves. However, Oda only added to the fact that he shows up in Loki's flashback where Imu's battle against Rocks D. Xebec, Gol D. Roger, Whitebeard, Big Mom, Garp and Kaido was shown. Despite fighting such monsters, Imu was unscathed and it is clear that they are invincible for now. However, there is one pirate who can defeat even Ima and that is none other than Joy Boy.

One piece fans waited desperately the great battle between Imu and Rocks D. Xebec right from the moment their first meeting was revealed. However, few expected it to be as one-sided as it was. Despite having a huge Haki of Rocks, Imu was completely unharmed during their fight.

It only took one attack from Imu to defeat Rocks D. Xebec, and not only did Imu defeat him, he actually made him his personal slave. As seen in One Piece Chapter 1163, Rocks D. Xebec was Domi Reversi'd by Imand now it will be up to Roger and Garp to stop him.

Clearly, Rocks was no match for Im. However, Joy Boy most certainly is. For those who don't remember, Joy Boy is a former user of Hito Hito no Mi, model: Nikaand someone who lived in the Void Century. He belonged to the Great Empire that flourished in the past. Joy Boy was also the first man to set sail and the very first to be called a pirate. Above all, Joy Boy was monstrously powerful, especially since Nika was from the other world of One Piece. Joy Boy fought Imu and the other kings during the Void Century and lost, but he instilled a deep fear in them. When Joy Boy's Haki was unleashed in One Piece's Egghead arc, Ima was seen shaking in fear.

Elbaf is too early for Imu to fall

This should be kept in mind Joy Boy is the titlenot the name. The previous Joy Boy failed to defeat Imo, but the current Joy Boy, i.e. Monkey D. Luffy, eventually defeats him. Joy Boy as an entity is the only one who can defeat Ima, and all of this will be possible thanks to the power of Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika.

he said that Luffy won't beat Ima early in the story. It should be noted that Luffy vs Imu will happen in the Elbaf arc of One Piece, but it may not be resolved.
