Conqueror's Hakialso known as Supreme King Haki, is one of the rarest powers in the One piece. It is an ability that can be found in one in a million people, and even among those people, only a handful actually manage to awaken it. When it comes down to it female Conqueror's Haki usersOda has only revealed three so far in the story. Obviously there is a lack of strong female Haki Conqueror users, but that certainly doesn't mean there isn't potential for a character to awaken them.

Straw hat pirate navigator
Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates and a very strong individual. With Zeus at his side, he is a force to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, Nami currently does not have access to any type of Haki. But after the Wano Arc, Oda teased Nami as the Conqueror's and Chopper reacted to her fury directed at Luffy.
Of course it was a gag, but it's also something Oda could potentially build on and give her Conqueror Haki.
Shirahoshi
A mermaid princess from Ryugu Kingdom
Shirahoshi is another contender for Conqueror's Haki in One Piece. He already has access Observing Hakibut even more than that Shirahoshi is the ancient weapon of Poseidon. She is the reincarnation of the Mermaid Princess from the Void Century, and fans may see her as a Supreme King Haki user in the future.
After all, she is royalty, but more than that, she is Joy Boy's greatest companionwhich would mean he can potentially unlock this power later when he unleashes his true power.
Nefertari D. Vivi
Rightful Queen of Arabasty
Another interesting female character who could potentially awaken Supreme King Haki One piece is Vivi. Fans know that Vivi is the former princess of Arabasta, and after the death of her father she should be queen now. Her royalty is already a point for her when it comes to having Conqueror's Haki. But that is certainly not all.
Vivi is strange, given that he has the blood of one of the founding 20 world governments. Fans know that Lily, who was part of the Founding 20, eventually died, but so was D. Vivi will be incredibly relevant in the Final Saga, and with Oda giving her a more prominent role, perhaps giving her High King Haki so she can solidify her position as one of One Piece's most important characters is the way to go.
S-Snake
Hancock's pacifist
S-Snake is a Seraphim who was created by Vegapunk. She is a child right now, but she will grow up eventually, and when that happens, fans could see her awaken Supreme King Haki. It is clearly established in the story that the Seraphs will take over their mother bodies one way or another. For example, S-Snake clearly made an exception for Luffy on Egghead and that's because Hancock was destined to love Luffy too. Likewise, she should the same Queen qualities that Hancock has. The only time she wouldn't have Supreme King Haki is the fact that she, like all Seraphim, can be controlled by someone else. But it's clearly shown that their own personality traits can manifest and they can also disobey orders as seen when S-Snake did that for Luffy.
It's clear that they can become fully independent in the future, and when that happens, her true potential as a Conqueror can shine through. Given that Hancock is a Conqueror's Haki userthere is absolutely no reason to doubt that S-Snake will awaken this power in the future, especially since he already has two types of Haki.
Bonney Jewelry
12 year old Pirate Prodigy
One of the top contenders for Conqueror's Haki when it comes to female One Piece characters is Jewelry Bonney. Bonney has tremendous powerthanks to her Toshi Toshi no Mi. Recently, she was even seen tapping it Gearbox 5and working with Luffy, she caused tremendous damage to the likes of Saturn and even Mars. Bonney already has access to Armament Hakieven though he is only 12.
She has a very bright future ahead of her and could potentially go strong Conqueror's Haki user. The fact that Bonney is still sailing with the Straw Pirates means he has a huge role lined up in the Final Saga. Hopefully, when the Great War against the World Government begins, Bonney will show what she's truly capable of, and her Conqueror's Haki may be a part of that.
