In this flashback, fans saw Dura, one of the most important characters in the story, who also happened to be the primary caretaker of Maru and Cross. So far, only Dura has died in the Module, but more deaths may follow. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo already heralded the return of Yuji Itadori as well as his impending death. For fans who don't remember, Yuji was confirmed to be alive when Mahito stated that he had not met him yet. in other words Yuji and Mahito could have met in the Moduleand that can only happen after Yuji dies.
