Brazen Bull is a quest item found while excavating the ruins on Juliana Island. It is discovered by accident when you dig and remove ruins from the ground. There are many sets of ruined buildings in Juliana, but the ones you're looking for are in the northeast of the island, at the foot of the mountains by the river.

To complete the task, place the Brazen Bull aboard your ship and sail to Athr Iorgwyn Lighthouse. Select lighthouse and by clicking you agree to offer him a bull. This will remove the Brazen Bull from your inventory and improve your relationship with the king.
