Tinker Bell has been helping the players since they arrived in the Wishblossom Mountains Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch. After saving the area by completing The Decay quest, Tink can finally leave the Wishblossom Heart and live in a proper home. How to unlock Tinker Bell in VAT
To unlock Tinker Bell, complete the Home is Where the Heart is in quest VAT. Triggers after reaching friendship level 5 with Pegasus and saving the Wishblossom Mountains by completing The Decay quest.
The fastest way to gain experience from befriending Pegasus is to unlock his ability to remove Nigh Thorns. In this way, players can bypass Dreamlight Valley and remove thorns or even other obstacles in Eternity Isle or Storybook Vale.
With no danger left, Tinker Bell hesitates to leave the Heart. He decides to throw a big party with the help of the Dreamers. Before you plan the party, talk to Snow White and Merlin because Tink needs a home with mini furniture. Collect the following materials to craft some items:

Create two flower fairy benches and one flower fairy table and place them near Snow White's hut. Wait for Merlin to come and shrink the furniture.
Now that you have a pixie-sized furniture set, find Snow White and give her mini furniture to complete Tinker Bell's house.
Return to Pixie to find that she has asked Tigger to set up the party games. Because he has hidden the games around the biome, players have to dig them up.
How to find and dig party games in DDV
To get the Bowling Set, head to Sundae Shores and approach the northwest corner to dig up the item.
The board game is located on the northwest side of Pixie Flats.
Once you get the board games, go back to the Tinkerbell in the heart and show her the games and the house you made with Snow White to place later.
After taking a picture of Tink with the Heart, head to Pixie Acres and place her house with some decorations.
This complete Home is Where the Heart is quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley and unlocks Tinker Bell.
