Togashi's HxH manga follows the story of Gon Freecs as he embarks on a quest to find his father, a legendary hunter who abandoned him years ago.
One of the many things Jujutsu Kaisen is known for is its energy system. However, HxH does it far better. While the cursed techniques are detailed and complex, they pale in comparison to Nen HxH. Togashi created one of the best power systems in all of anime and it shows.
My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia is perhaps the most iconic superhero anime of all time. My Hero Academia follows Izuku Midoriya as he gains one of the most powerful Quirks in the world after being powerless for most of his life. His journey to becoming a great hero has been followed by millions of fans over the years.

The titans, gigantic man-eating creatures, definitely keep fans on their seats. Curses are much less threatening in comparison. In addition, Attack on Titan has an incredibly deep story and impressive characters like Eren, Levi, Erwin, Zeke, Historia and more.
Of the two, this is the series with the more interesting story and doesn't just rely on the battles to be interesting.
Bleach
If there is one series that Gege Akutami, the creator JJKcited as a huge inspiration for his work, it certainly is Bleach. Without Bleach, Jujutsu Kaisen would never have seen the light of day. At the very least, the series would lose much of what makes it as iconic as it is, such as the domain expansions that were inspired by Bankais.
There is no doubt that Ichigo's story remains one of the most influential and one of the greatest anime series of the 21st century.
