Astra Malorum Easter Egg Walkthrough – CoD BO7
Here's an easy step-by-step guide to walk you through the main Easter Egg Quest for Astra Malorum in Black Ops 7 Zombies!
How to get the #1 free perk in Astra Malorum
The first free perk you can get is in Museum Infinitum, the same room as the Speed Cola machine. Once here, look on the west wall to find a vinyl music disc on a wooden post. Simply run towards the pillar and double jump to wall jump, then interact with the disc to grab it.
With the disk obtained, you can now interact with the gramophone, which can be found in the northwestern part of Museum Infinitum, right next to the Carbon 57 wall purchase. Once you interact with the gramophone, music will play and you will have to kill enough zombies with your melee weapon. Doing so will charge souls into the turntable and drop the Mystery Perk.
How to get free perk #2 in Astra Malorum
In The Luminarium, you can find a music disc sitting on a shelf when facing the east wall that leads outside. This is right across from the Jugger-Nog and the shelves are dark so we've provided a picture above of where you can find it.
With the disc now claimed, you'll find a record player in the northwest Luminarum area between two couches. Once you interact with the record player and the music is playing, you will have to kill zombies with your Field Upgrade. However, it has to be a zombie killing field buff like Dark Flare and not one like Frenzied Guard. After enough kills, a Mystery Perk will be spat out.
How to get free perk #3 in Astra Malorum
This free treat can be found in the Machina Astralis area. Find the northeast corner of the room to find a clock and a cabinet covered by a sheet. In the corner is a wooden box with a music disc that you can work with.
Now head to the Orbis Archive where the Stamin-Up is located and across from the Stamin-Up is a table with a record player. Once you interact with the record player and the music is playing, you will have to kill zombies with equipment. The Semtex Grenades are great and the Turntable spits out Lethal Devices for you to use. Kill enough zombies to get the Mystery Perk!
How to get the free Skulls Easter Egg perk in Astra Malorum
There is a fourth random perk that can be obtained in Astra Malorum, and it includes find and shoot 5 different skulls with Pack-a-Punch weapons, then pick them up when their eyes turn purple. Here are the locations of each skull:
-
Museum Infinitum – Inside the display case looking west.
-
Luminarium – On the floor looking southwest, by the broken red brick wall.
-
Stargazer's Courtyard – In the hole in the floor looking southeast, just to the left of the ammo crate.
-
Machina Astralis – By the north wall in the open closet, across from The Arsenal.
-
The Veilwalk – Located looking north and facing the red brick wall.
With all 5 skulls obtained there will be a table in the northeast area of Machina Astralis. You can place any of the skulls on this table, but they must be placed in the exact order we have shown in the game below: 4, 3, 2, 1, 5.
When you get it right, you'll see the skulls float and spin in the air, one by one. You will need to remember the order in which the skulls spin and then shoot them in the correct order for your game. After you shoot them in the correct order, the skulls will combine to become a Power-Up Random Perk!
