Yonks are the most feared pirates of the One Piece world. Known to be the rulers of the New World, the Yonko are powerful and lead some of the strongest crews seen in the series.
Their power is such that few would want to cross paths with them, let alone do business with them. However, these characters could definitely take them on, or even outright destroy them, even in a 1v1 battle.

Boa Hancock is the Pirate Empress and leader of the Kuja Pirates. Hancock didn't have many moments after the events of the Summit War, but Oda proved that on several occasions she's a character that could take on even a Yonko One piece.
During a naval raid on the Amazon Lily, Blackbeard, as well as two of his best crew members, were thrown into chaos. However, Blackbeard decided not to go head-to-head with Hancockand for very good reasons. Blackbeard himself stated that Hancock would instantly turn him to stone and defeat him if he didn't approach her carefully. Blackbeard had to resort to cowardly steps to take her down.
Scopper Gaban

Scopper Gaban, Roger's left-hand man, is far from his best at the moment. At the time of its greatest glory, however Gaban was absolutely unstoppable.
Fans have yet to see young Scopper Gaban go all out, but story-wise, Oda has already revealed that he is the type of character that could defeat a Yonko by himself. Gaban was said to be on par with Roger. In other words, Gaban is closer to Pirate King level than Yonko.

However, he was also said to be relative to Roger in power.
Either way, Rayleigh had proven that even in his old age he could cause a Yonko or an Admiral quite a bit of trouble.

His strength was repeatedly shown during the flashback as he was able to easily kill the Admiral and even take down Garling Figarland. Rocks D. If there is one character that could take on anyone One pieceit definitely is Saint Imu, the secret Ruler of the World.
Imu is on a whole other level compared to anyone alive in One Piece. In God's Valley, Imu got the 6 highest levels – Rocks, Whitebeard, Big Mom, Kaido, Roger and Garp. All of these characters are Yonko level or have Yonko potential. Imu even one-shots Rocks D. Xebec before turning him into a demon slave. No other character has performed such feats. Imu could easily defeat a Yonko in battle and even characters outside of this level.
