Sparxie The best teams in Honkai Star Rail
Sparxie is a character that can really push the DMG ceiling inwards Honkai: Star Rail. To achieve this, she needs a team to work for her kit and unlock her hidden potential. Here are Sparxie's best HSR teams.
- Sparxie Premium Team: Sparxie + Yao Guang + Sparkle + Huohuo
- The Sparxie Cipher Team: Sparxie + Yao Guang + Cipher + Dan Heng PT
Sparxie + Yao Guang + Sparkle + Huohuo
It is recommended to always run Yao Guang in Sparxieteams in Honkai: Star Rail. Yao Guang can trigger an Aha Instant and give Sparxie more opportunities to dish out his insane Eation DMG. Yao Guang also buffs Sparxie's Elation, in addition to providing a bunch of other buffs. Yao Guang is basically Elation's essential support HSR.
Like Yao Guang, Sparkle also allows Sparxie to deal more DMG by regenerating the team's skill points and shifting Sparxie's action. Sparxie then consumes all Skill Points to unleash a devastating attack that can easily deal over one million DMG.
Since both Yao Guang and Sparkle allow Sparxie to deal DMG without waiting for her action or relying on her SPD, it's better to get the most out of it by building her legs on ATK% instead of SPD.
Finally, this team is complete with Yao Guang and Spark supporting Sparxie. The only thing missing is the sustainability that Huohuo can provide. Increases team ATK% and regenerates their energy. The ATK buff is usually negligible for Elation characters, but Sparxie needs 3600 ATK to fully activate her Trace passive, so Huohuo can help her reach that threshold.
Sparxie + Yao Guang + Cipher + Dan Heng PT
You can pair Sparxie with Cipher instead of Sparkle, which changes how Sparxie's team works. Since Sparkle isn't here, Sparxie won't have a character to advance his action, causing him to play less. This isn't necessarily a disadvantage though, as Cipher loads all of Sparxie and Yao Guang's Elation DMG. With the additional debuffs it provides, the damage taken becomes massive. In this setting, Cipher replaces the Sparkle-Sparxie synergy and creates a different way to play Sparxie teams in Honkai: Star Rail.
After a few instances of Aha between Sparxia and Yao Guang, Cipher can load up several million DMGs and unleash them on a single target. Of course, this burst should be saved for bosses in end content like Pure Fiction Honkai: Star Rail.
Since this team doesn't have Sparkle's Skill Point regeneration, it's better to trade Huohuo for a SP positive unit like Dan Heng PT that offers sustain and some buffs without spending Skill Points. It's also a better fit here, as Cipher won't benefit much from Huohu's ATK% buff or energy regeneration if he's sitting on full Ultimate anyway.
