How to complete Substory #3 so fast Soba delivery runs in Yakuza Kiwami 3
After Kiryu arrives at Ryūkyū Center in chapter 2, head south to the Public Market to find the NPC at Soba Noodle. Once you talk to these NPCs, you can start Sub Story #3: So Quick, Soba Delivery Run!
You'll want to save your progress before agreeing to the substory, as there is a time limit where you can fail.
Once you agree to help Manager Waruba and the temp worker, Kiryu will ask for it deliver the groceries in a certain order within 5 minutes. The correct order of delivery in So Fast Soba Delivery is as follows:

How to get Soba delivered in less than 5 minutes in Yakuza Kiwami 3
On the Downtown Ryukyu map, you'll want to follow the markers we've circled in red, from north to east, then north again, and finally southwest. The order is listed above and this is the most optimal way to complete deliveries in less than 5 minutes for maximum rewards.
Karyushi Arcade and Ryukyu Blvd. have 4 delivery points close to each other, so send Kiryu that way first. Now it's time to head north to reach Hatsumachi Street, where you can knock on Higa-san's door by screaming your lungs out, which requires you to hold the left stick. Finally, head south from Inari Street, Hatsumachi to reach Chinen-san, but hold the left stick to stay quiet.
If you managed to complete all deliveries within the time limit, you will rewarded with 10,000 Yen and Stamina X.
You should sprint to every location with X/R2 to make sure you're driving Kiryu at max speed!
