The Hokages are all truly Kage-level ninja who are the most powerful fighters of their time, meaning they pack some serious ninjutsu to keep the sages of the Hidden Leaf Village at bay.
The various Hokage are sometimes seen using common jutsu or weapons such as shuriken and summoning jutsu, while their most powerful and unique jutsu are what really set them apart. Notably, some Hokage invented their own superior jutsu or were the only known users of their particular fighting styles during their heyday. Minato Namikaze: Flying Thunder God Technique

Like his predecessor Tobirama, Minato Namikaze is a Hokage who is best known in the fandom for innovating one jutsu and having another jutsu as his top technique. In Minato's case, he is known for inventing the Rasengan technique that both his son and Jiraiya used, but his single best jutsu is actually the Flying Thunder God technique. Minato could make good use of the Rasengan, but he wasn't able to innovate on it like Naruto would later.
The Flying God Technique is at the core of Minato's speed-based fighting style and contributes to his legendary status as Yellow Lightning. With it, Minato could instantly teleport to a desired location using space-time manipulation. This allowed him to surprise any enemy combined with his unique fighting technique and really deal damage. Curiously, the young Fourth Hokage was not the only Hokage to use the Flying God Technique, as Tobirama was the first to create it. This jutsu may rank last among the best jutsu of the various Hokage, but it is still an awesome threat on any battlefield.

The user must pay with a life to use this jutsu, so it is only for emergencies.

As Naruto Watched with mixed awe and horror by fans in the original anime, this terrifying jutsu can directly attack the opponent's soul with a terrifying spirit. It can kill an enemy while the soul is extracted, and if necessary, the user can be satisfied with removing the soul from the enemy's body parts.
