The mixologist lets the players know that a royal envoy was there and mentioned a “one-way ferry ride to their new life of luxury and wealth” so they could be at the lake. There is a lake in the Blue Velvet Nightclub and that is exactly where the players have to go to look for the royal emissary..

How to surprise a royal envoy in The Sims 4

Sims have some free will, so the Royal Envoy doesn't have to be at the lake at all. However, Blue Velvet Nightclub will be on the draw.

To find her and complete the Surprise the Royal Envoy quest, players must open the relationship panel, select Marina Corsair, then click “Lock Camera”; this brings the camera to the royal emissary, allowing them to find her easily. Then just click on the Royal Envoy and select “Surprise!”

Should you forgive the royal envoy?

After surprising the royal emissary, players can either forgive her for stealing and selling the treasure to get rich, or report her criminal activities.

She claims to be stretched thin between royal families and deeply dissatisfied with her job. If the players report her, the nobles will be extremely angry with the royal emissary and she will have to disappear to deal with the shame. If he forgives her, she claims she will quit to keep her job and her reputation.
