Mitsuki is one of the strongest ninja in Konoha v Two blue swirls. After the timeskip, it is clearly seen that Mitsuki has completely mastered the power of his Sage Transformation and his power is such that he was even able to go up against Boruto Uzumaki in a fight and hold his own. Mitsuki is incredibly dangerous and his overall potential is said to be greater than Orochimaru's.
Since Orochimaru himself was a Kage-level ninja, the fact that Mitsuki can reach even greater heights shows that he is already above the level of an average Kage. Mitsuki can grow even more in the future of the Boruto series, and that's what makes his character incredibly exciting.

Shinki is Gaara's adopted son and the future of Sunagakure. He is known to be an incredibly talented ninja, especially considering that he has the same skill as the Third Kazekage, known as the greatest Kazekage in the village's history.
Shinki can control Iron Sand and use Magnet Release Kekkei Genkai. This is an incredibly powerful ability that he could even defend against Shinjuu for a short period of time. Shinki ended up sacrificing his life to save Gaara in his final battle. While his full strength as an adult remains unseen, Shinki is most certainly a Kage-level ninja, given that he was able to put on quite a feat against Shinju.

Delta is an incredibly strong character and given that she has spent over three years in Konoha, it goes without saying that she is the shinobi of the village. Delta has immense power, but the vast majority of her powers come from scientific technology. He has the ability to shoot powerful beams from his eyes that can decimate anything, and can even absorb large amounts of chakra.
More than that, Delta can use her body to make powerful appendages that she can impale her enemies with. Delta is so strong that she could even hold her own against Six Paths Naruto Uzumaki, and that's no joke. She is well above Kage level and quite easily one of the strongest in the entire world.

Through the Boruto series timeskip, Kawaki has become incredibly powerful and with Boruto's latest arc he has completely mastered the powers of his karma. Kawaki has access to all of Isshiki Otsutsuki's powers, and it goes without saying that he is one of the strongest characters in the entire series, if not the strongest.
Kawaki has immense power that only a select few can rival. His Kokugan allows him to freely use Sukunahikona and Daikokuten, and it goes without saying that he is far above Kage level in this story. It will continue to grow in terms of overall strength.

Boruto Uzumaki he is one of the strongest ninjas that exist in this story at this point and he has evolved a lot after the timeskip. Boruto was trained by Sasuke and then by Kashin Koji. Right now, Boruto is so strong that he can easily defeat even Code. Boruto Uzumaki can even fight Shinju, and with the power of the Otsutsuki Karma he has now mastered, he is practically unstoppable and well above the level of the Five Kage.
What's more, Boruto Uzumaki will grow even further in terms of power. By the time the story ends, he could become the strongest shinobi the world of Naruto has ever seen, and that's something fans are eagerly waiting for.

Quite easily, the strongest in the next generation Naruto is Demon. Daemon is Eida's younger brother and like her was blessed with the power of Shinjutsu. His overall fighting abilities are said to be greater than even Jigen's, putting him above Otsutsuki's level. Additionally, he has the Shinjutsu Shibai Otsutsuki, which allows him to deflect any attack thrown at him, even things like killing intent.
Basically, Daemon is almost impossible to take down in battle for anyone, and this is due to the incredible power he possesses. It's easy to see why a shinobi is well above the average Kage level. His full power has yet to be explored in the series, but as the story continues, Daemon will get a lot of attention.
