One Piece's The Final Saga will go down as one of the best final chapters in manga history. Oda has only gone through two arcs so far and both were amazing. Since the arcs are set in the final stretch, it makes sense that Oda saved the strongest characters for last. The author spares these characters because he wants them to have a huge impact. With so many powerful individuals already in the story, it will be interesting to see how things unfold when they come face to face with those whose full power remains unknown.
One piece shows Sanji's cold-blooded Germa side in the Elbaf arc
Sanji's cold-blooded Germanic nature shines once again in the latest chapters of the Elbaf Arc.
This post contains spoilers for One Piece.
Shanks
Captain of the Red Haired Pirates
-
He has insanely powerful Haki
Aside from a brief altercation with Eustace Kid, Shanks was barely involved in the Final Saga of One Piece. Yonko was able to defeat Kid without even trying, after which he took the Road Poneglyphs, leaving Supernova with nothing. Since then, Shanks has been a spectator and hardly participated in any major events.
Of course, fans are eagerly waiting to see him in action. After all, he is the strongest character in One Piece. Shanks has access to all three types of Haki along with their advanced versions. It's worth noting that he can use Conqueror's Haki to block his opponent's Future Sight, putting them at a huge disadvantage. Given his incredible power, it makes sense that Oda would save him for last.
Sakazuki
Admiral of the Marine Corps Fleet
-
Owns the destructive Magu Magu no Mi
Since Sakazuki had become a fleet admiral, he had to limit himself to Marine Corps Headquarters and Marijou. As the highest authority within the organization, Sakazuki can order everyone around, including the admirals. However, one can't help but feel that a fighter like Sakazuki will soon be involved in a big fight in the Final Saga.
One Piece: 7 Characters That Need New Rewards After Elbaf Arc
After the Elbaf arc, many powerful One Piece characters need new rewards.
Sakazuki possesses the Magu Magu no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that gives him full control over magma. It is also said to have one of the highest offensive abilities among the Devil Fruits, making Sakazuki an even more dangerous opponent. Since he's a Marine admiral, it makes sense that he hasn't seen any combat yet. However, once his subordinates begin to fall, Sakazuki will have no choice but to fight on the front lines.
Sabo
The Dragon's Right Hand
-
Combines Ryusoken with Mera Mera no Mi
Since his reintroduction, Sabo has become one of the most popular characters in One Piece. Not only does it have a great design, but it's also pretty strong. After years of training with officers of the Revolutionary Army, Sabo grew into a Haki master in armor. He can coat parts of his body with it to increase damage output. He often combines this with his Ryusoken, a unique fighting style where he targets the central point of any given object or person.

In addition to Haki, Sabo also has Mera Mera no Mi, which allows him to create and control fire at will. The last time fans saw Sabo, he didn't master his Devil Fruit, but there's a good chance that has changed. Sabo has yet to come out on top in a fight in the Final Saga. However, fans can expect to see him in action soon.
Dracula Mihawk
The strongest swordsman in the world
Dracule Mihawk is the co-founder of the Cross Guild alongside Crocodile. After spending a long time as the Shichibukai, Mihawk lost his title when the World Government decided to disband the organization in favor of the Pacifists and Seraphim. After the Shichibukai system was abolished, Mihawk teamed up with Crocodile and they formed a group that became known as the Cross Guild.
One Piece: All 9 Yonko Level Pirates in the Final Saga, Ranked
In One Piece's Final Saga, there are many powerful Yonko-level pirates all vying for power.
As the strongest swordsman in the world, Mihawk has immense power, which is reflected in his bounty of 3.59 billion berries. His swordsmanship is second to none, meaning there is no person alive who can beat him with just sword skills. Mihawk's weapon is Yoru, a Saijo O-Wazamono class sword that can cut through almost anything. Mihawk has been using Yoru for decades, so he can use any type of grip without any problems. Currently, Mihawk is traveling with the rest of the Cross Guild because Buggy wants to find the One Piece.
Monkey D. Dragon
Leader of the Revolutionary Army
-
Unknown power level
Monkey D. Dragon is the supreme commander of the revolutionary army and the most wanted criminal in the world. Ever since learning about the dark side of the world government, Dragon has dedicated his life to defeating the tyrannical regime and bringing freedom to the people. The dragon's deeds have greatly benefited people all over the world.
Like any sane leader, Dragon stayed away from the front lines. At the same time, he took care of his allies. In terms of individual strength, there is a good chance that Dragon is among the strongest One Piece characters. However, there is no evidence of what abilities he might have. Hopefully that will change in Final Saga.
Fujitora
One of the Navy's most powerful weapons
-
It has a devastating devil fruit
Fujitora is a naval admiral who joined the organization through the World Military Draft. He and Ryokugyu were chosen to fill the void created by Kuzan's departure and Sakazuki's promotion. Unlike most Marines, Fujitora has strong morals, as evidenced by his refusal to cover up for an organizational mistake in Dressros. Fujitora was involved in the Marijoa Incident where he helped the revolutionary army free the slaves.
In addition to being a very likable character, Fujitora is also a strong personality. He possesses the Zushi Zushi no Mi, a Paramecia-type devil fruit that gives him complete control over gravity. With his power, Fujitora can summon giant meteors and crush his enemies to death. In addition, he also possesses one of the 12 blades of the Saijo O-Wazamono class, meaning he is also an elite swordsman.
