There are a number of unlockable characters in Super Meat Boy 3D, but Glitch Boy is the most mysterious of them all, as he is not tied to a dark world, a secret level, or an abundance of Bandages like other characters. Instead, Glitch Boy is unlocked by finding five hidden glitches in the gamewith one appearing in each world.
To unlock Glitch Boy, just find and touch these five glitches. After that, Glitch Boy is unlocked and you'll find that he's not all that interesting aside from his unique glitching effect and near-invisibility. He is associated with success, thoughso it's worth the effort. Let's go through all five glitches that lead to Glitch Boy.
Unlike Bandages, you don't have to complete the level once you find the glitch. Simply touch it to exit the scene and it will still count.

World 1 Glitch Location

World 2 Glitch Location
World 2's hidden glitch is found in level fourteen, Trash Metal. This one is super sneaky like you need to jump into the distance and into the small bay right at the beginning of the level. Use the first platform as a way to jump over the wall there and you'll be able to catch the glitch relatively easily.
World 3 Glitch Location
World 3's fault is located in the eighth level, questionable working conditions. This one is possibly the hardest to find in the game, because yes you need to reach the near end of the level and then jump off the last wall to return to the previous platform reach the hidden back with the glitch there. It's hard, but once you know where to look, it's not so bad.
World 4 Glitch Location
Don't worry, finding the World 4 glitch is just as annoying. Head to the seventh level, the Magma Wastesand fight your way through the levels as usual by avoiding the blocks and their lava trails. This is actually a tricky bit because this level is a real pain. Once you get to the area where you can break through the glass panel, do a little wall jump see the glitch just above on her platform.
This one is much less painful if you have a double jump figure like Pumpkin Jack.
World 5 Glitch Location
The last glitch of Super Meat Boy 3D is found in the fourth level of World 5, Crumble Canyon. Right at the beginning of the level, on the left you will see a large metal pipe that you can reach after the first jump. Climb it by jumping off the pure metal sides and you'll eventually reach a wall with a final glitch that will unlock a Glitch Boy if it's your last one to collect.
