Bonney Jewelry she was once the captain of the Bonney Pirates and is currently traveling alongside the straw pirates. She is a member of the worst generation and is known as one of the most talented pirates on the high seas. Bonney has the power of Toshi Toshi no Mi, which allows her to turn into reality any future she sees as a strong possibility.
As such, she can undergo various transformations with her Devil Fruit depending on what future she believes is possible. Bonney went through several transformations with her Devil Fruit, such as turning into a Buccaneer at will. However, her most powerful transformation is to transform into Nika and use the force Gearbox 5similar to Luffy's. While Bonney can't use this transformation for long, it's definitely incredibly powerful and allows her to fight against threats like Saint Saturn.

Rob Lucci is an incredibly powerful individual who serves CP0. He is a user Zoan-type Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard. As was made clear in the Egghead arc, Lucci also awakened this devil fruit. Awakening has given him a unique transformation that takes his leopard form's abilities to a whole new level.
In his awakened form, Lucci was able to hold his own against Luffy's Gear 5 for a while, but was eventually overpowered. This means that in the battle against Zoro, Lucci's awakened form allowed him to maintain the upper hand for a significant amount of time before he was finally overpowered.

Big Mom she is one of the former Yonko of the Sea, and although she has a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit called the Soru Soru no Mi that allows for soul manipulation, she has also undergone a unique transformation. By consuming part of her own life, Big Mom grows enormously and her eyes light up at the same time.
Big Mom can also blend in with her friendsincreasing her overall strength even more and setting her hair on fire as well as gaining full control over her lightning powers. Big Mom's transformation is incredibly dangerous, and it was clearly seen in the battle against Kid and Law in the Onigashima section of the Wano Country Arc.

Known to be the strongest creature in the world at one point, Kaido he has some of the most unique transformations seen in anime and they are also incredibly deadly. Kaido is a user of Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, which allows him to transform into an Azure Dragon at will.
His most powerful transformation is quite easily his Flaming Drum Dragon formin which Kaido transforms into a giant dragon covered in magma-like flames. This form of Kaido is strong enough to destroy the ground just by crossing it, and was strong enough to even cause immense damage to Luffy's Gear 5.

Five elders they are some of the most powerful individuals that exist in the world One pieceholding the title of War Gods. They are directly under the authority of Saint Imus Nero and appear to the world as the greatest authority of all. Five elders hold Yokai powerswhich come from the Abyssal Covenant they received.
Each elder has different abilities, but they are still all deadly. Although these are Yokai abilities, all of these transformations work similarly to the Mythical Zoan forms that are prevalent throughout the series. Additionally, their transformations are further enhanced by the power of regeneration and immortality, making them far more exceptional than common mythic zoans.

The Cursed Prince of Elbaf, Loki he has tremendous abilities, and much of this is due to his incredible Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr, which he consumed 14 years ago. This devil fruit allows Loki to transform into giant Nidhogg which towers over entire islands and gives him enough power to destroy the entire world.
Nidhoggr itself is a legendary creature from the history of the One Piece world that even Imu fears to some extent. It goes without saying that Loki's transformation is one of the most powerful ever seen in One Piece.

Monkey D. Luffy he's always had some powerful transformations up his sleeve, and his strongest form of them all is quite clearly evident Gearbox 5which he unlocked first in the Wano Country Arc. Luffy's Gear 5 is the awakening of his Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, and this transformation takes his overall abilities to a whole new level.
His body becomes much more rubbery than ever before, and this allows him to fight more freely than before. At the same time, Luffy also gains a massive buff to all of his physical attributes. Most importantly, Luffy can do anything he can imagine in battle, with his lack of imagination being his only major limitation. Gear 5 certainly consumes a lot of stamina, but when pushed, Luffy can push himself beyond all limits.

Undoubtedly the most powerful transformation seen in One piece yet it comes through the Ruler of the World, Saint Imus of Neroruler of the world and one of the first 20 kings. Imu Nerona has the power of Akuma no Mi, which is a unique Devil Fruit that she grants the ability to transform into the Devil himself. This transformation gives Ima tremendous combat abilities as well as the ability to enter into various Covenants with individuals.
In addition, Imu can grant enemies demonic powers and use the power of Domi Reversi to turn them into eternal slaves. Imu's abilities make him a fearsome individual, standing above even the likes of Nika in the Final Saga. As with all other Devil Fruits, Imu's ability also allows him to transform into some sort of massive creature, as made clear during the Reverie where Sabo tried to attack him with his Mera Mera no Mi power. Imu also adopted a hybrid devil transformation when descending to Elbaph through the Abyss.
