Before you start working in Triple Seven, let's first go over the basics of the job and how to unlock it. You first learn about part-time work in the game when Morgana suggests you sign up for one 4/18.

In order to get the job, the Joker has to stop and look at one of them work magazines, which can be found in Underground passage in Shibuya.
To quickly find one of the magazine racks that will allow you to get information about brigades in P5R, pull map and search yen symbol. You will find a a large blue magazine rackso check out the brochure selection here to see what's available.
You'll have access to three quests to begin with, but with Joker unable to go out at night, only Triple Seven and Rafflesia Flower Shop are accessible. In his busy shifts, your co-worker asks you to find the location of the barcodes to certain items, and having the Joker do so is your ticket to bonus payouts. Correctly answering the first answer has a higher profit than the second, but both options to answer where the barcodes are will bring a reward.

Use Triple Seven to earn money, increase charm, and see confidants
Your base pay per shift on Triple Seven in Persona 5 Royal is ¥3,500but this number fluctuates quite a bit depending on your actions while on the clock.
Sometimes on shift Joker will face the days that are busier than normal and your pay will vary depending on how well you handle those shifts. If the Joker is able to keep up with the busy innings, you'll leave with him ¥3800, but if he can't, your pay will be cut instead and you'll just be making money 2300 JPY per shift.
This job is an easy early game option to increase your charmwhich will later be required to access various part-timers, certain trustees, and more. Working at Triple Seven in P5R will reward you two charm pointsin addition to his daily salary.
Works at Triple Seven on every day ending with a seven will offer a wealth of rewards: your base salary will increase to 7400 JPY instead of the standard amount and you earn three charm points instead.
You will also receive regularly visiting friends during your shifts and is a good way to get a bonus point against any of the following confidants.
Your Confidants will at least need to be started outside of your shift, or the character representing the arcana for that Confidant will not be included in the list of friends who can visit you at Triple Seven, as they will not be able to earn Confidant points.
