GTA 5 players have a new free download to claim

Grand Theft Auto 5 players sa GTA+ Subscriptions can now claim the Bravado Buffalo STX Pursuit, a brand new vehicle for GTA Online. It is available for free until the beginning of May 2026, while the vehicle itself can also be purchased GTA 5 players without a subscription to its online service.

March 29 marked the third anniversary of Rockstar's launch of GTA+, a paid subscription service exclusive to the Expanded and Enhanced Edition GTA 5Online mode available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. At launch, the range of offerings was quite narrow, including a monthly deposit of in-game cash and a rotating selection of perks: discounts, limited access to real estate, cosmetics, free vehicles, activity-based pay increases, and the like. While the service has expanded over the years, especially in the run-up to the April 2024 price hike to $7.99 per month, it still consistently gives away vehicles for free. Rockstar is reportedly being hacked again during the final stages of GTA 6 development, with the company now reportedly facing a tight ransom deadline.

The Bravado Buffalo STX Pursuit is now available for pickup in GTA Online

The police cruiser has officially expanded GTA Online vehicle pool on April 9th ​​when it became available for all players to purchase. Meanwhile, GTA+ subscribers could claim for free starting April 2. The offer remains available until May 2, Rockstar said. Players without a GTA+ subscription can purchase the Bravado Buffalo STX Pursuit for GTA$5.37 million. Its trade price is GTA$4,027,500, which is 75% of the full price.

A new vehicle can be purchased or claimed by logging into the Warstock Cache & Carry website from the game phone. The Buffalo STX Pursuit is essentially a Buffalo STX police special, redesigned as a four-door police sedan rather than a standard road car. Official materials describe that it retained much of the overall design of the base model and added steel wheels, more light bars and additional police equipment in the cab. The Bravado Buffalo STX Pursuit was introduced as part of Rockstar's GTA Online Neighborhood Watch, now in its second week. The promotion also includes Bail Office bonuses, special clothing and several other limited-time incentives. As usual, Rockstar has teamed up with Twitch streamers to promote its latest content drop, allowing players to earn in-game cash rewards and unique cosmetics by watching participating streams for anywhere from two to eight hours, depending on reward level. The first three levels offer cash rewards, while the fourth unlocks the Winter Highway Patrol outfit.

WITH GTA 6 the current release is scheduled for November 19 GTA Online may be coming to an end of active development, or at least a further slowdown in content releases after Rockstar has already scaled back this performance throughout 2020. Even so, the game is likely to remain active for years to come and has amassed millions of players over the years.
