It's no secret that even though Gojo Satoru is a side character, he is undoubtedly the face of the whole Jujutsu Kaisen franchise. Since the early days of the series, his striking looks and infectious personality have set him apart as the most recognizable and beloved character, who also happens to be the most powerful in the setting.
Because of his immense power, no one could ever challenge him or give him a good enough fight. However, by the end of the franchise as a whole, especially with Jujutsu Kaisen modulefans got a little more insight into the only ones who could beat Gojo, so let's see who they are.

Sukuna is the only one to take down Gojo

Before we start discussing those who could defeat Gojo, we need to look at the one person who actually did. At the end of the original series, the strongest wizard of modern times faced off against the strongest wizard of all time in arguably the greatest battle ever to take place on the manga page, ultimately resulting in Sukun's victory.
However, it cannot be said that it was an easy fight at all, as this quarrel proved to be the biggest challenge in the more than 1000 years of Sukuna's existence. Using every trick in his book and spamming Binding Vows like it was nothing, Sukuna poured everything he had into narrowly defeating Gojo, not only proving his own power but solidifying Gojo's power as well.
Module Yuji is probably the strongest ever

One of the biggest surprises Module not only was Yuji still alive, but he was still young and remained in his prime for all the decades after the end of the original series. Although the series only hinted at his immense strength and true powers, what was shown was easy enough to put him on par with Gojo and Sukuna.

Yuji showed a mastery over techniques such as shrine and blood manipulation that even Sukuna did not, and was able to pull off some insane feats that showed unparalleled prowess in manipulating and controlling cursed energy. Many believe that due to all the years of using the traces of Sukun's own power that were in his body, Yuji was able to fully utilize them to become the true strongest wizard of all time.
Dabura is the most amazing wizard ever
The strongest Simurian
Module introduced the greatest Jujutsu prodigy of all time who proved to be far superior to Gojo and Higuruma in this regard. Dabur's power lies in weaponizing light itself, which not only allows him to manipulate it into powerful beams that can gut anything, but also allows him to move at unimaginable speeds and deal devastating damage.
Of course, the main thing most will point to is the fact that Dabura currently has no means of getting through Gojo's Infinity. However, seeing as how he was able to unlock Reverse Cursed Technique, Cursed Technique Reversal, and Domain Expansion in his first ever serious fight, it's unreasonable to assume that he wouldn't have Domain Amplification or any other way around Infinity available to him in a hypothetical battle against an unlimited wizard.
Takaba could beat anyone if he knew what he was doing
Comedian
In a world full of overpowered wizards with the ability to slice space itself or have impenetrable barriers that protect them from all harm, the true most powerful ability belongs to someone who doesn't even know how it works. This ability is called The Comedian and belongs to the fan favorite character, Fumihiko Takaba.
The Comedian is basically a reality warping technique that can do whatever Takaba wants as long as he finds it funny. As the series explained, Takaba can even shut down Gojo's infinity and cause him to spontaneously blow himself up, marking him as someone outside of the special grade threat. The caveat, however, is that Takaba has no idea how the technique works, so he can never truly master it.

Honorable Mention: Megumi Fushiguro
Incredible potential
Now for a choice that is sure to make some people laugh, Megumi Fushiguro had the potential to become Jujutsu Kaisen the strongest character, and Gojo himself stated that. While the fun “Potential Man” memes within the community are definitely appropriate to show Megumi's trajectory in the story, it should be noted that Ten Shadows is one of the most powerful techniques.
Gojo remembered a story many centuries ago where a Ten Shadow user and a Limitless user fought with Six Eyes, resulting in their deaths due to Mahoraga's insurmountable power. If Megumi ever tamed Mahoraga, he could defeat Gojo just as Sukuna himself did. Of course, this remains wishful thinking and speculation, but if it's something Gojo himself stated, then it's categorically true.
