Kreutz Harlon's plan to dissect Will Serfort's body was permanently shelved in Season 2. Behind Kreutz's strong resistance to accepting Will as one of the high mages of the Mercedes Caulis tower was the disturbing intent to study his body, much like the dungeon monsters that were killed during the Terminalia incident. Since Will is considered an anomaly, Kreutz tries to study his physiology in detail, hoping to uncover how his unique nature could advance and strengthen mages.
Unfortunately, Kreutz no longer has a chance to achieve his disturbing streak goals. Will Serfort successfully disposed of the Second Flower and defeated the Wors Oozes with a self-recharging ice blade, in addition to earning the recognition of Zeo Thorzeus Reinbolt. While Kreutz resisted Will's ascension to no end, Zeo's intervention quickly subdued the Supreme Institute.
To that end, Second Bloom finally came to a close, or so fans thought. After all, Elfaria and Zeo get into a heated argument over which faction is taking Will Serfort, sparking an all-out war between two of the most powerful Magia Vanders in the series. At this point, Elfaria can't wait to be reunited with Will, while Jehova's barbaric nature drives him to seize the government for himself.

Wistoria: Wand and Sword, Season 2, Episode 11 sets the stage for an intense clash between Elfaria and Zeo as they battle for custody of Will Serfort. This would be the first time the series pits two powerful Vander Magi against each other, marking an unprecedented clash of elite magical powers. While Elfaria represents the Ice Faction, Zeo leads the Lightning Faction, setting the stage for the clash of two opposing elemental forces.
Between the two Magia Vanders, Zeo seems to hold the upper hand, as lightning magic is widely considered to be an effective counter to ice magic. If Elfaria can overcome this disadvantage, her reunion with Will Serfort is guaranteed. However, if she fails to exploit any opening, Zeo will take full control of the battle and secure Will Serfort for his faction.
