Huskies can be found at the Ridgehunter Tannery in Pailune.
This particular location is north of the Wayward Woods, which is directly west of the “A” in “Pailune” on the map.
To get to this location and the huskies you have to liberate it first, but it's just a small camp with a handful of enemies.
After liberation, you will find the Huskies lying or resting by the shed towards the east side of the camp.

Although this is not the only place you can find huskies, it is their most reliable and devoted litter.

Husky favorite food and how to tame it in the Crimson Desert

Huskies' favorite food is bird meat, which rewards +35 trust.
You can also give huskies Small Bones and Large Bones for +25 Trust.
Bird Meat can be purchased from the Butcher Shop in Hernand Town and the Butcher Shops in Pywel.
To feed the huskies Bird Meat, simply enter your inventory and click “Extract” by holding X/A on the item.
Now you can hold L1/LB and press Triangle/Y in front of the husky and it will start eating the item.
