So fans may have a long wait ahead of them until the next big thing drops.

- Pokemon Pokopia DLC (Full production) — See overwhelming success Pokemon Pokopia on Switch 2 no wonder DLC will be released. Based on TeraLeak, it seems that all the future Pokemon games will be planned with at least one DLC in mind and Popopia is no exception. - Pokemon Winds and Waves DLC (Full Production) — Again due to an internal decision, Gen 10 will inevitably have its own DLC. However, it is most likely a 2028 release.
- New Pokemon Legends game (Full Production) — TeraLeak included early concepts and leaks for Pokemon legends Galar, a new game in the series that explores the Galar region very far back in time. Players will reportedly command small hordes of Pokemon to defeat rampant Dynamax pocket monsters throughout the region. This game will most likely be released in late 2028 at the earliest and early 2030 at the latest.
- Pokemon Project Seed (Pre-production) — This game was also mentioned in TeraLeak as a possible MMO Pokemon game covering Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh regions. The game may feature procedurally generated Pokémon based on early concepts in TeraLeak, but that may change as it was originally conceived as part of Gen 10. As the title is said to be in pre-production, it may not be released until 2031.
- Pokemon Gen 11 (Pre-production) — Last but not least, Gen 11 is confirmed to be conceptualized, at least if the leak is true. TeraLeak stopped at Gen 10 projects, so this is completely new territory and nothing is known about it. With Gen 10 releasing in 2027, Gen 11 may be planned for 2031 or 2032.

Freak's Gen 10 Pokemon Release Schedule Explained
With that in mind, it's easy to see how busy the schedule will be for Game Freak in the coming years, but it's unclear how much of what's found in 2025 Pokemon TeraLeak is really accurate.
