With launch Final Fantasy 14Patch 7.51, a brand new Custom Delivery NPC has been added: Tiisol Ja, also known as Aunt Tii. Custom vans are one of the best ways for Crafters and Gatherers to level up and get scripts, so it's always great to see more NPCs added.

How to unlock custom Tiisol Ja supplies
To unlock your own Tiisol Ja supplies, you must complete the 'Taco Time' questwhich you can do by talking Hhuki at (X:13.7 Y:12.1) at Tuliyollal.
You must be a Hand or Land Disciple of level 90 or higher to accept the quest. You also need to have completed the main scenario 'The Promise of Tomorrow' and the side story 'Inscretable Tastes'.
When you accept the quest, talk to him Tiisol I at (X:15.1, Y:12.0), before you go to the building behind you, you will go up and interact with target point at (X:15.0, Y:11.5). After that, talk to Tiisol Ja to complete the quest.

Once you've unlocked Custom Supplies with Tiisol Ja, you'll find them at (X:15.1, Y:12.0) at Tuliyollal make and hand over custom deliveries.
When you place with them you will get achievements and other rewards, due to the weekly supply limit, it will take you at least four weeks to reach maximum performance with Tiisol Ja.
