Kibito Kai is much stronger than anyone realizes

Kibito Kai was introduced too late Dragon Ball Z to make a difference against Super Buu, but he is much stronger than most fans realize. Kibito Kai, also called Kibitoshin, is a Potara fusion between Universe 7's Supreme Kai, Shin, and his sidekick Kibito. Shin was actually strong enough for a one-shot DBZ-era Frieza and could realistically handle Androids on his own, making him one of the most powerful characters and the strongest God in the Majin Buu Saga.

Naturally, Kibito Kai should be strong. Unfortunately, by the time Fusion was born, Majin Buu had become so powerful that Kibitoshin could do nothing to turn the tide. IN Dragon Ball GTKibito never unsettles Kai while the two Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball DAIMA have them split back into Shin and Kibit (albeit by opposing means that make both series unable to take place in the same continuity).

Fused Zamasu is a rare character combination that fuses with itself. At the end of the Goku Black Saga, Zamasu and Goku Black use their Potara Earrings to become the wildly powerful Fused Zamasu. Fused Zamasu looks like a mix of Goku and Zamasu, undergoing a massive power boost that surpasses Super Saiyan Blue Goku & Vegeta in the anime and rivals Perfected Super Saiyan Blue Goku in the manga.

Fused Zamasu holds the distinction of being the only immortal villain in canon Dragon Ball a story that makes it basically unbeatable. He even managed to fully recover after Goku used Hakai to destroy half of his body Dragon Ball Super manga. At full power, Fused Zamasu is a supremely dangerous God who threatens the existence of the entire multiverse. In fact, he ends up destroying Future Trunks' multiverse through Goku, who needs Zeno to literally erase everything from existence just to stop him.

Shallet is one of the most powerful Ancient Saiyans Dragon Ball history. IN Dragon Ball LegendsShallot and Giblet are twins from Planet Sadala. By performing the Fusion Dance, Shallot and Giblet fuse into Shallot, an extremely powerful God Fusion whose power surpasses even Super Saiyan Blue. This despite the fact that Shallet can only use Super Saiyan God.

Super Saiyan God Shallet is so powerful that he fights and defeats both Fused Zamasu and Super Saiyan Rosé Goku Black at the same time. The fact that Goku and Vegeta were unable to defeat Fused Zamasu working together means that Shallet is much stronger than Dragon Ball Super's two main Saiyans. Should Shallet ever unlock Super Saiyan Blue, he would realistically become an Ultra Instinct-Tier fighter. Maybe he was already there considering his performances.

God Fusion Goku Obliterated God Broly Like He Was Nothing

God Fusion Goku is one of the strangest – and most powerful – God fusions of all Dragon Ball. Attractions at Universal Studios Japan, Dragon Ball Z: The Real 4-D in Super Tenkaichi Budokai is set sometime after Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F and features Goku and Vegeta fighting God Broly: version DBZ Broly who somehow became a Super Saiyan God.

God Broly is so powerful that Goku has no choice but to merge with the literal audience watching True 4D. By fusing with you, Goku becomes God Fusion Goku, a super Saiyan Blue warrior strong enough to completely destroy the god Broly. In terms of feats, the fact that Goku broke the fourth wall makes God Fusion Goku one of the strongest warriors in the entire series, capable of literally doing the impossible.

Vegito is too strong for Potara's earrings

Vegito was the single strongest character at the end Dragon Ball Zbut was quickly overcome in Dragon Ball Super featuring the Ki god, the Gods of Destruction and the Super Saiyan god. Vegito has made his long-awaited comeback Dragon Ball SuperGoku Black Saga when Goku and Vegeta used the Potara earrings to fuse and fight Fused Zamasu. While the introduction of Vegito Blue is not very impressive in the anime, the manga is a different story.

IN Dragon Ball Super manga, Super Saiyan Blue Vegito completely destroys and humiliates Fused Zamasu. Vegito is too fast for Fused Zamasu to even react to him, slashing his hands several times with his Spirit Sword. Despite being immortal, Vegito makes Zamasu fear for his life as he beats him into submission and nearly kills him with one final attack. Unfortunately, Vegito is so overwhelmingly powerful that Potara's earrings cannot contain Fusion, draining Vegito's time limit from one hour to just a few minutes.

Gogeta eventually became a canon in Dragon Ball Super: Broly when Goku and Vegeta performed the Fusion Dance to fight the legendary Super Saiyan Broly at the end of the movie. Gogeta is the most powerful Saiyan in existence and is considered the ultimate Fusion. Goku and Vegeta's unique bond has given Gogeta a massive synergistic boost that makes him much stronger than he would normally be. In Akira Toriyama's original draft of the film, Gogeta even fought Broly on the surface of the sun.

Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta is so powerful that he literally shatters the concept of space and time to create a dimension break. At full power, Gogeta is supposed to be strong enough to rival Beerus and potentially even defeat the God of Destruction in combat. Unlike Vegito, he doesn't take down Gogeta, even though he's much stronger, making him a significantly more useful Fusion in the grand scheme of things.

Gorus is Goku & Beerus' Forgotten Fusion

Gorus is the result of Goku and Beerus doing an EX-Fusion to fuse together in the 3DS JRPG Dragon Ball Fusions. Gorus is a G-Rank fighter, which is the highest possible rank Fusionmaking him equal to the most powerful beings in the multiverse. Gorus can't turn into a Super Saiyan, but he doesn't have to consider how powerful he is thanks to Beerus.

Since both Goku and Beerus know Ultra Instinct, Gorus can theoretically use Ultra Instinct. he said that Dragon Ball Fusions released before Universe Survival Saga, so Ultra Instinct did not exist at the time of its release. At full strength, few fighters would be able to fight Gorus and live, and there is only one other God Fusion stronger than Gorus in Dragon Ball.

Whirus is the most powerful being in the Multiverse

Whirus is the result of Whis and Beerus using EX-Fusion to fuse. The combination of Angel and the most powerful God of Destruction, Whirus, may very well be the most powerful character Dragon Ball history, and is easily the most powerful God Fusion, combining angelic abilities with pure destructive talents.

Whirus is a G-rank warrior, but realistically he should be in a league of his own given how much his base is Fusees. Beerus and Whis are unbeatable even in the weakest. At full power, Whirus can even be stronger than Zeno. Dragon Ball Fusions outright says that Whirus is “definitely the strongest in the universe!”
