Main Heroes' Strongest Attacks, Ranked

Towards the end of the Super Hero arc, the main roster of heroes is pro Dragon Ball the franchise was finally solidified for a future story. Thanks to their unique new transformations, Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Broly and Piccolo are now the strongest characters in all of Universe 7 and have become its greatest protectors.

As such, along with their powerful new stats, the heroes have definitely added to their arsenal as well, using amazing and overpowered techniques that definitely increase their overall power.

Orange Piccolo is a special beam cannon master

Orange Piccolo goes down as one of the most popular transformations of all. While the form itself is pretty cool, the real reason fans are taking to it so much is that it finally brings Piccolo, a beloved hero, back to the forefront of the series as one of its main fighters.

He used this powerful new form against the Gamma Androids and Cell Max where he showed exactly why it was so powerful and on par with the strongest Saiyan states. Unfortunately, fans never got to see his strongest attack, but judging by most of Piccolo's power-ups, his strongest attack in this form is probably also a special beam cannon, as also confirmed in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero video game.

Broly can improve the technique of the gigantic Omegastorm

When Broly made his canonical debut in the franchise, his power was shown to be immense, to the point where he was able to overcome Goku and Vegeta's Super Saiyan Blue states in their first proper fight. Although he lost his mind at full strength, his strength was enough to even stand up to Gogeta, albeit very briefly.

In his ultimate form, Broly used an attack known as the Gigantic Omegastorm, which collided with Gogeta's Kamehameha. The two attacks were so powerful that together they broke the dimensional barrier and sent both characters to a completely different plane of reality. Now that Broly is finally gaining control of his powers, this move is pretty much confirmed to make him stronger and even more refined along with the Saiyan himself.

Enhanced Ultra Instinct Goku's giant form is incredible

Goku was the first of the main characters to unlock a powerful new transformation that went against what fans had come to expect from typical Saiyan forms. With Ultra Instinct, he awakened the legendary technique of the Angels of the Multiverse, with which he used his incredible Spirit Avatar.

Basically, this avatar is an outward manifestation of the energy that Goku receives from others, quite similar to how the Spirit Bomb works. However, instead of an offensive attack, Goku forms a mech-like thing created from spiritual energy that can do whatever he wants, from offensive attacks to defensive moves, making the Spirit Avatar one of Dragon Ball's most overpowered techniques.

Gohan Beast's special beam cannon is the most powerful ever

Although this legendary technique is the invention of Piccolo, the most powerful iteration of the special beam cannon comes from the hands of Gohan in his newly awakened Beast form. In this state, Gohan sits comfortably in the ranks of the most powerful characters in the entire story, equaling Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta.

In his many transformations throughout the series, Gohan typically reserved the powerful Kamehameha variation as his most powerful attack. However, in his strongest form, Gohan utilizes his teacher's ultimate attack and deals unmatched piercing damage, which proves to be powerful enough to kill a terrifying villain like Cell Max in a single hit. Although this may be the strongest attack from an offensive standpoint, the fact that it has to be charged for a very long time knocks it off the top.

Beerus Ball uses Ultra Ego Vegeta's energy of destruction

Once Vegeta let go of the need to chase Goku and his Ultra Instinct form, he allowed himself to grow stronger purely to break his own limits, which ultimately proved to be the right decision as it forced him to awaken Ultra Ego, a Destroyer form that not only allowed him to house the Energy of Destruction, but also surpass Goku.

In this state, he fought Granolah and was initially much stronger than him, which is quite an achievement in itself, as Granolah not only one-shot Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku, but was also the strongest in the universe. Infusing his attack with the Energy of Destruction, he created a huge ball of Ki that could destroy anything in its path, and the only reason it was overpowered was because Granolah was forced to unlock an even stronger form. Although Gohan's special beam cannon would probably also overpower the Beerus Ball, it would only be able to do so after a long charge, ultimately making Vegeta's technique superior.
