WWE 2K26 presents a new version of the classic wrestler

WWE 2K26 officially adds a brand new version of one of the wrestling promotion's most iconic female wrestlers, featuring a variant of Trish Stratus from her debut year. New addition to WWE 2K26 calls back to Stratus' first appearance in a WWE ring.

The latest entry in Visual Concepts and 2K's annual wrestling franchise features several callbacks to WWE history. The game's wide selection of WWE Superstars includes plenty of the biggest names from the event, loaded with stars like Hulk Hogan, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and John Cena. Many wrestlers performing in WWE 2K26 they were given different looks throughout their careers, such as Hollywood Hogan from the NWO era and all three different Mick Foley characters. Now, one of WWE's most iconic female performers is getting a new variant in a future update.

Trish Stratus '00 is coming to WWE 2K26

WWE 2K26 has officially revealed a brand new version of Trish Stratus on the game's social media accounts. The new Trish Stratus is based on her appearance in her WWE debut in 2000, when she donned a snakeskin dress similar to the one she wore in her in-ring debut alongside Test and Prince Albert against The Hardy Boyz and Lita. He is said to have chosen Stratus for his new outfit WWE 2K26 variant herself, who wants to use an outfit that “represents the beginning of her WWE journey.” The official announcement does not confirm when the new version of Trish Stratus will be available, although it may be included WWE 2K26another Ringside Pass to launch in July.

A classic throwback to the debut of Trish Stratus celebrates the career of one of WWE's most respected Superstars. Trish Stratus is often considered one of the greatest female wrestlers in WWE history, with many modern wrestlers citing her as a major inspiration. Stratus holds the record for the most WWE Women's Championship reigns of all time, winning the title seven times in a five-year span from 2001 to 2006. Stratus also has the longest WWE Women's Championship reign of any wrestler since 2000, holding the title for 448 days from January 9, 2006 to 2005.

One of Trish Stratus' biggest rivals from her early days in the ring will appear 2K26with Lita available as a playable character in the base game. Visual Concepts and 2K have also frequently added additional female wrestlers to the game as downloadable content. Ringside Pass Season 3 added Torrie Wilson to the game, while the 1997 version of legendary superstar Chyna is available as part of WWE 2K26Attitude Era edition.

Trish Stratus is far from the only big addition planned WWE 2K26breakdown over the following months. The Ringside Pass Season 4 launch in July will add the aforementioned Matt and Jeff Hardy, musician Jelly Roll and Lady Shani to the roster. Later Ringside Pass updates are also slated to include plenty of iconic modern day WWE Superstars, such as Danhausen appearing in Season 5 and Royce Keys in Season 6. WWE 2K26 continues to add new wrestlers to the game with each new Ringside Pass, giving fans plenty of reasons to watch his new seasons.
