Swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates, Zoro was always destined for greatness. However, the World Government only recognized him after the Straw Pirates entered the Grand Line. When Luffy defeated the boss of the baroque cannons, Crocodile, Zoro ended up fighting his number two, Daz Bones.

She held a bounty of 79 million berries until the end of the Enies Lobby arc, after which her bounty was increased by a total of 1 million berries, bringing her bounty to 80 million. Holding a bounty of 79 million berries for an 8-year-old is incredibly impressive.

By far the highest first reward to be officially confirmed in One piece belongs to Boa Hancock. After just one voyage after her ascent to the top of Kuja, she received a reward of 80 million berries, which is incredibly massive.

In addition, she was granted Shichibukai status at the same time and ended up becoming a Warlord right then and there. This is just proof that the world government recognized her power for what it truly was, and that Hancock was in a league of her own since her beginnings as a pirate.

Jewelry Bonney is a pirate prodigy One piece who, despite being only 10, did the impossible. After leaving the Sorbet Kingdom and defeating a CP8 agent named Alpha at such a young age, Bonney started her own Pirate Crew.

The Bonney Pirates quickly became infamous and feared by the Marines. At one point, Bonney, at the same age of 10, received a bounty of 140 million berries, which is truly unheard of in the pirate world for someone so young. Two years later, when Bonney is now 12 years old, her bounty has increased even more and she now has a bounty of 320 million berries on her head. Bonney is an anomaly in the pirate world and certainly has the highest first reward we've ever seen.
