The The Drake Tank is located at the very end of the mission when you have the “Escape the Caldera” objective.. You'll need to use Deepsight to get to the top of the stairs where you'll find Pikes to ride. Take these Pikes across the linear path and after jumping the gap, head right to find the Drake Tank.
Once you enter the Drake Tank, Invasive Abomination will spawn. You can kill him with just two missile shots from the Drake tank. Now head forward towards the objective and you will continue to find Invasive Abominations spawning along the bridge. Continue with the quest objective and focus on killing the Invasive Abominations. Don't worry about other enemies as you need to complete the mission within the time limit to unlock the triumph that appears on the “Mission End” screen.
