My Hero Academia officially concluded its story after the end of the final war against the Paranormal Liberation Front. Fans have thoroughly enjoyed Heroes' incredible journey over the years. The series focused on different heroes in different arcs and the vast majority of them had engaging stories written for them by Kohei Horikoshi.
The vast majority of heroes have grown up in one way or another over the years, given that they were still on their way to becoming professional heroes in the last arc. However, some have shown more growth than others, and among the aspirant heroes there are a handful who have even surpassed a few professional heroes with their incredible level of growth.

Endeavor
Endeavor is a character that has grown a lot My Hero Academia from the very beginning. Endeavor was an abusive husband and father. It's safe to say that he was one of the most unlikeable characters at the start of the series. However, the growth he has shown since then has been great.
Since then, Endeavor has tried his best to make up for what he did in the past and try to bring his family back together. He's tried to sacrifice himself for the greater good on countless occasions, and that's certainly great for the fans. Even in terms of power, Endeavor has grown a lot. It was only after he truly learned what it meant to be the strongest hero that he was able to reach these new levels of power. In Final War, he even withstood the battle against Prime All For One and showed tremendous strength.

Tokoyama
In Final War, Tokoyami grew up quite a bit. In fact, he reached an unprecedented level of power where he could even battle All For One for a short period of time. Tokoyami was incredibly dangerous, so everyone considered stealing his Quirk. Hawks considered Tokoyami his perfect protégé and singled him out to have enough talent to one day surpass himself.
Tokoyami definitely has more in him that he'll discover later, but for now he's already shown a lot of growth with amazing powerups.

Kyoka Jiro
Kyoka Jiro may not have gotten the biggest power boost in the Final War Saga. However, she was pivotal in the fight against All For One and played her part incredibly well, even at the cost of losing her own ear. Jiro showed a lot of growth and she fought incredibly hard in the last Arc.
In terms of her strength as a hero, as well as his bravery, she has shown immense improvement. Additionally, she continues to fight alongside Deku and the others now, and has received massive upgrades that she certainly deserves.

Ochaco Uraraka
Ochaco is one character that Horikoshi finally did justice to in the Final War Saga. She eventually fought against Toza and accepted her true feelings in this arc. Their fight was incredibly emotional for fans, but it also gave us a fitting conclusion to her character arc and also improved her character tremendously.
It also gave her incredible strength. Ochaco Uraaka was able to reawaken her Quirk, which not only allowed her to defeat Toga, but also saved the entire Heroes unit across various battlefields.

All Might is by far one of the best superheroes in My Hero Academia, but even an amazing fighter like him couldn't win all his battles.

Shoto Todoroki
Shoto Todoroki was able to develop his Quirk even further in the Final War Saga and this happened when he fought against his own brother Toya. Shota was able to show Toye both his vigor and his incredible Quirk control, and most of all he tried his best to stop him on his evil path.
As a hero, Shoto has shown great growth and reached a new level of strength using his Fire and Ice powers. However, he also grew tremendously as a Quirk user. By unlocking the power of Phosphor, he was able to surpass his father Endeavor and even overpower his brother Toya.

Katsuki Bakugo
Bakugou was at the receiving end of a lot of incredible powers at the end of the story and it was inevitable for him to get even better in the Final War Saga of My Hero Academiaas a man and as a fighter.
Bakugo has evolved greatly over the years, taking his power to a whole new level after his Quirk reawakened. With this power, he gained an ability known as Cluster, which greatly strengthened him. He was able to beat All For One by himself, and that is certainly a huge achievement.

All Might
While few fans would have expected All Might to grow in the Final War Saga, he certainly did. All Might didn't want to sit back and watch this massive war unfold in front of him, unable to do anything. Therefore, he developed Armored All Might with Melissa's help and was able to enter the battle against All For One.
In terms of determination, All Might has definitely shown massive growth. But also in terms of power, he was able to damage All For One to a great extent, and that was definitely spectacular for the fans. While he was definitely getting power ups in terms of strength, it was only a temporary boost and he lost everything at the end of the battle.

A blanket
The protagonist of the series, Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, of course showed a lot of growth in the Final War Saga of My Hero Academia as well. Deku has grown tremendously over the years, from a clumsy boy to a hero who saved the world. In Final War, Deku gained many upgrades and fully utilized the potential of One For All, even flawlessly gaining full control of all the relics within him. As both a character and a fighter, Deku showed amazing growth here.
His tremendous performance saw him fight against not only Shigaraki Tomura, but All For One right after. Unfortunately, after the battle against Shigaraki Tomura Deku, he lost his Quirk, which made him very weak for a while. This means that in the last chapter of the story, he received a significant power boost when Melissa and all his friends helped him create the Hero Armor. With this Hero Armor, he's back among the elite heroes and right now he's in the top 5.
