All 9 Saiyans stronger than Yamoshi, ranked

Yamoshi is one of the most mysterious characters Dragon Ball. Little is known about Yamoshi other than the fact that he was an original Super Saiyan (and possibly a Super Saiyan God) before he died fighting several evil Saiyans. Yamoshi is a true legendary Super Saiyan – the first Saiyan in history to unlock the transformation.

It goes without saying that Yamoshi was one of the strongest Ancient Saiyans Dragon Ballbut he wouldn't be able to keep up with the modern Saiyans. Yamoshi is a God-level fighter, but the strongest Saiyan Dragon Ball Super they are significantly more powerful than the OG Legendary Super Saiyan.

Goku Black is Yamoshi's worst nightmare

According to Dragon Ball SuperYamoshi first became a Super Saiyan to rebel against the evil Ancient Saiyans who had taken over a primitive version of Planet Vegeta (in this case Sadala). Despite being really Zamasu, Goku Black represents all the worst tendencies of the Saiyan race: violent, obsessed with getting stronger, and willing to kill anyone who gets in his way.

Goku Black is exactly the type of person Yamoshi was trying to stop. Unfortunately, he would be absolutely no match against Goku Black. Being generous, Yamoshi was probably as strong as Super Saiyan God Goku Battle of the Gods. Goku Black is many stronger than that, with Super Raiyan Rosé, which granted him an extremely powerful Godly power-up.

Kale is a God level saiyan

Yamoshi may be the original Legendary Super Saiyan, but Kale was the first canon Legendary Super Saiyan to appear on screen. Shy Saiyan from Universe 6 Kale unleashes her legendary Super Saiyan form during the Tournament of Power and transforms into an absolute brute. In both Dragon Ball Super anime and manga, Kale pulls off some impressive feats that prove he is a God Tier.

IN Dragon Ball Super anime, LSSJ Kale gives Super Saiyan Blue Goku a brutal beating. In the manga, Kale beats Golden Frieza into submission and single-handedly wipes out most of the universes. She's not really beaten up in the manga either. Instead, Cabba sneaks a Potara earring on her to end Kale's rampage and unite them with Kefla.

Kefla is the greatest warrior in universe 6

Kefla is the strongest female Saiyan in the multiverse and the most powerful warrior in Universe 6. During the Tournament of Power, Caulifla and Kale use the Potara Earrings to bond with Kefla. Interestingly, the Kefla Power Level varies greatly from one to the other Dragon Ball Super anime and Toyotarou's manga. In the manga, Kefla is only about as strong as Ultimate Gohan.

In the anime, Kefla is much stronger and roughly on par with Ultra Instinct Sign Goku. Kefla can also turn Legendary Super Saiyan 2 Dragon Ball Super anime, due to Caulifla only unlocking SSJ2 in anime continuity. Despite the fact that she can't use God Ki, Yamoshi would have absolutely no chance against Kefla.

Goku could destroy Yamoshi

Goku was the first Super Saiyan God since Yamoshi himself, and already in his debut appearance in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of GodsSuper Saiyan God Goku could defeat Yamoshi. SSG Goku and Beerus are so strong Dragon Ball Supertheir battle literally shakes the universe. Goku has only gotten stronger since then, unlocking Super Saiyan Blue, Ultra Instinct Sign, Perfected Ultra Instinct, and True Ultra Instinct.

Goku's mastery of Ultra Instinct is even better than some angels and gods, allowing him to face and dodge the most powerful attacks in the multiverse. Even at full power, Yamoshi wouldn't be able to land a single blow on Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku. If Goku used True Ultra Instinct and stacked Super Saiyan Blue on top of him, he would be able to suffocate Yamoshi in seconds. However, Goku respects a good fight, so he would probably take it easy on Yamoshi and give him a fighting chance.

Vegeta beat Goku

From Dragon Ball Super: Super HeroVegeta is the strongest he's ever been. The Prince of All Saiyans finally has a transformation that not only rivals the Perfected Ultra Instinct, but was actually able to defeat Goku in a one on one fight, just barely beating him in a skill based battle. Where Goku needed Perfected Ultra Instinct to fight the Gohan Beast, Vegeta only felt the need to use Super Saiyan Blue Evolved, indicating that he is slightly stronger.

Ultra Ego would be more than enough to make short work of Yamoshi. Vegeta grows stronger the longer Ultra Ego is active, and if Yamoshi somehow ends up damaging Vegeta, the power boost he would gain would be enough to match the original Super Saiyan God on the spot. Vegeta's Hakai mastery is also far beyond anything Yamoshi is capable of. Vegeta would probably respect Yamoshi's reputation, but his power would be nothing to the prince of all Saiyans.

Broly has the potential to become the most powerful Saiyan

Broly has more potential than any other Saiyan in the multiverse. Born with a power level of 10,000, Broly grew into an adult whose base form was strong enough to rival Super Saiyan God Goku and Vegeta. After just unlocking the regular Super Saiyan version, Broly's Power Level skyrocketed to rival Super Saiyan Blue. After launching the Legendary Super Saiyan, he far surpassed any living mortal in the universe.

Legendary Super Saiyan Broly is so strong that he could defeat even Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta if he could control his full power. Yamoshi may be the original Legendary Super Saiyan, but Broly is the true Legendary Super Saiyan – especially now that he's unlocked the literal True Legendary Super Saiyan form in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103. Yamoshi would be destroyed by TLSSJ Broly before their battle even started.

Gohan is the strongest Z-Fighter

Now that Gohan unlocked his Beast form at the end Dragon Ball Super: Super Heroonce again became the most powerful Z-Fighter in Dragon Ball. The Dragon Ball Super the manga doubles down on Gohan's new status as the strongest warrior by having him fight Goku, Broly, and Vegeta. Gohan Beast is strong and fast enough to dodge Perfected Ultra Instinct punches and even knock Goku out of shape.

Gohan Beast is so formidable to Broly that just fighting him was enough for Broly to unlock the True Legendary Super Saiyan. While Gohan's fight with Vegeta was not shown in full, it is heavily implied that he defeated him (alongside Goku, Goten, Trunks, and Broly) in the manga's Saiyan battle royale. There is no universe where Yamoshi would be able to beat, let alone keep up with, the Gohan Beast.

Vegito is the Ultimate Potar Fusion

Vegito was first born at the end Dragon Ball Zwhen Goku and Vegeta used the Potara earrings to bond. According to Old Kai, Goku and Vegeta, the rivalry is so intense that Vegito is even stronger than the average Fusion, gaining a synergistic boost from the duo's relationship. Vegito is a God Tier Saiyan whose power exceeds most of the natural multiverse. If Goku and Vegeta had less pride, they could have teamed up with Vegito and easily defeated Jiren during the Tournament of Power.

Unfortunately, Vegito suffers from a serious drawback: he is too strong. Due to how intensely powerful Super Saiyan Blue Vegito is, Potara cannot actually hold the fusion, reducing the time limit from one hour to several minutes. Ironically, this is the same problem Yamoshi had when he became a Super Saiyan. Despite this glaring flaw, Vegito will still be able to defeat Yamoshi before Goku and Vegeta incapacitate him.

Gogeta is the strongest Saiyan in the series

As a result of Goku and Vegeta preforming the Fusion Dance to fuse, Gogeta was made canon Dragon Ball Super: Broly and quickly established itself as the strongest Fusion of all time. Like Vegito, Gogeta gains a synergistic boost from Goku and Vegeta's rivalry, making him stronger than he would otherwise be. Unlike Vegito, Gogeta doesn't suffer from any time limit issues and seemingly doesn't waste time due to his staggering amount of God Ki.

Yamoshi wouldn't stand a chance against Gogeta. Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta is by far the strongest Saiyan to ever live, with more than enough power to rival Beerus. IN Dragon Ball Super: BrolyGogeta Blue literally shatters the fabric of space and time to cause a dimensional break while fighting Broly. Now that Goku and Vegeta have fully unlocked Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, Gogeta must be even stronger if/when he reappears.
